Never cease to fail.. I moved to Hauppauge from KP and I still refuse to go anywhere else. Authentic taste, TLC in every ingredient, and generous toppings. Lovely staff, easy Doordash delivery if needed, affordable and delicious entrees, etc. No need to go anywhere else.

All the pizza including the specialty slices are great. My favorite is grandma and chicken bacon ranch. The kitchen food, including heroes and dinners, are also great. Its just a great place with nice employees / owner. If you like penne alla vodka or chicken parm heroes, this is your place.

Pretty disappointed about our experience. We ordered a heart shaped pizza for our children. My wife picked it up and it wasn’t heart shaped. Usually not a big deal but when you promise your kids something and then they find out it wasn’t done, as parents you feel sad when they get upset. We called Don Jono and they said they can do it but for an extra $10. Are you kidding me??? Being a fellow business owner, That is horrible customer service. It wasn’t our fault, why should we have to pay $10? Are they that cheap that they can’t absorb the cheese, sauce and dough cost? They messed up, so make it right and satisfy a customer. I just think that was handled really wrong. For a local community place, I expect better. We will be going to another place from now on.
