I had a chimichanga and my wife had an enchilada dinner. We both agreed that the rice was good; I liked the beans, she didn’t care for them. She said the enchiladas were “okay”, but would not order them again. I didn’t like the chimi at all. Mine was stuffed with their ground beef and just wasn’t to my liking. We both really liked the house salsa; it tasted fresh and home made. It is unlikely that we will visit Don Jose again.

Passed this place up so many times and finally stopped in. The restaurant is very clean with an inviting interior, add the amazing customer service and there is not much els that is needed. Except great food, which they have in abundance. All their items are made from scratch daily. The chips are your normal fair with a fresh salsa that is pretty good. A bit more cilantro and a squeeze of lime would make it perfect.
