We’ve been going here for years. Other Mexican restaurants come and go, but Don Pedro’s continues to rise above them all. Really fast service. Good food. Priced moderately, especially compared to others around. I personally think that the food here is better than more expensive options around.

When someone asks me about Mexican food in my area of residence, this is the first place I tell them about. I’ve been a long time customer of this restaurant, and Don Pedro 2 has been incredibly consistent with both service and food throughout the years, whether I dine in or do a takeout order. The meals I order are always very fairly priced and taste great. Props to the owners for getting to know their customers too, David always gives my brother and I a handshake when he sees us and asks us how we’ve been. It’s a small friendly gesture, but along with the great food and service, it makes the experience so much better. I will continue to be a loyal customer for as long as I live in the area.

This is a great looking restaurant and a great location, but the food is a bit bland. I’ve eaten here 3 times now, and each time, the shredded chicken tastes like it was unseasoned. Which makes the burrito or queseadilla its in taste like hospital food. It was quick service and reasonable priced, but if the food isn’t delicious, then it’s not worth it.

Been awhile since I’ve been here and since then they have remodeled. Much more open, brighter and just seems more festive. They now also have a little bar area. Food was good, matter of fact seemed a tad better since my last time. Not sure if the atmosphere was part of that, but if you need a good Mexican joint, you have a good start here.

Went this week and we had a chicken quesillada. Chicken was generous but tasteless and there was hardly any cheese and no other ingredients – very bland. About 3/4 of the way thru my husband found a 6″ long black curly hair imbedded in the chicken! Yuck! Given to the staff and was offered a new entrée which was refused. No other offer of compensation.
