Food was pretty good but service was TERRIBLE! We ordered and were never checked on again once our food came. All 4 of us needed drink refills we never were able to get and then waited 20 min to get our check. I tried flagging two people down and finally got the hostess to get our check. They claimed it was because they were busy but that is no excuse. I don’t know if we would go back. Plenty of other restaurants with way better service when they are just as busy.

Summary…they put the “meh” in Mexican. Stopped here after discovering Besitos on 280 had permanently closed. The food and flavor profiles lack any freshness whatsoever. Nachos were tasteless and soft tacos had no spice with so much grease they basically disintegrated. Service was non existent, Pedro, the server, never checked back after food was delivered and we waited quite awhile for the check. Hard to understand because they were nearly empty. If you enjoyed the fresh taste and ingredients of Besitos, this place is definitely a let down…that place will be sorely missed. If you are okay with mediocre food and service you won’t mind a bit.

My Family and I eat here frequently. However, my last experience with the service staff has driven me to write a bad review. The food was served quickly, food was decent, but the server was rude, dismissive, impatient and unfriendly. I will not name a name but hopefully management will address this with all staff so there are appropriate manners and customary service followed. Going forward, I will go to another Mexican restaraunt rather than returning to this location.
