Ordered some rib tacos and Asada tacos. The Tortillas we’re good for being homemade. The ribs could’ve been better for waiting for 40+ minutes. The Asada was dry. All the tacos given were cold and weren’t that great. For the price and wait and no parking I’d say it wasn’t worth it.

We had to look for street parking and walk about a block over to the food truck. It was a 1.5 hour wait at 2:12PM on a Saturday. It was our first time so we had some questions about the menu before ordering. We ordered two cacahuate ribs, two bone marrow, and one costila taco. I thought we ordered the whole bone marrow but we just got bone marrow added to our tacos. We asked the cashier about it. He showed us the receipt and told us we had ordered the wrong thing even though we asked questions before ordering. The ribs weren’t fall off the bone but the spicy peanut flavor was good. The tacos were pretty heavy. Personally, we don’t think it was worth the 1.5 hour wait.

I seem the advertising on Instagram and on my head I was like “the food looks good” so I decided to go over and buy the Ribs and the Birria Plate with an Orchata. Mannn I guess the food was even better when I tasted than what it seems on the pictures. I do recommend this place. Not to mention the guys working on the truck they are nice.

Food truck with Marrow, and Rib tacos? Yes please. Very good and distinct flavors. Also had the chicken, should have eaten that first as the other flavors seemed to make my chicken taste bland. I’ll be back!

The good: their costillas are excellent and definitely a must if you come here. Their hand-made corn quesadillas are decent too. Service was fast.

I have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, they have some unique meat offerings that you won’t find at most taco trucks, which is definitely a plus. On the other hand, they only have a B rating from the local health department, which is somewhat concerning.
