We have held 3 work events for our business recently at Don Shula’s American Kitchen and I feel compelled to tell the world how AMAZING the entire experience has been, all 3 times. My contact for the event, Britney, has been exemplary with her service and attention to detail. We had a client event that was attended by about 50 people, and two smaller events. We are grateful for a restaurant in Canton that has private rooms! The servers were ALL outstanding with their A++ service and the food was delicious too. Britney also helped with all 3 events, and her excellent leadership didn’t go unnoticed. We had a small hiccup at one event (which I was very much to blame as I wasn’t transparent with the plan) but her quick thinking and level-headed attitude aided us in making the best of the situation. We cannot wait to hold more events at Don Shula’s American Kitchen! Thank you to all of the staff, especially Britney!!

Phenomenol dinner! Ben provided great service. We loved the atmosphere. The food was amazing! The flavors were incredible. I love this for Canton, Ohio, and the Hall of Fame Village! I expected it to be pricey, but I didn’t actually think it was bad considering how amazing the food was! I will definitely be returning for those special occasions and business dinners.

We went to have a late lunch today (Sunday) and we loved it. The vibe is relaxed – upscale. The food!!! OMG was superb. RJ our waiter had great recommendations for first timers like us, we try them all and he was spot on.

Overall it was alright. I love the vibe of the restaurant. It looks upscale but has a very laidback feel about it. You can watch the game while dining with friends or family in classy establishment. My Chicken sandwich was disappointing I must say, it was overcooked and dry and the frees were cold. My drink was good and the calamari!

Such a great place! Clean aesthetic, very simple but really loved seeing Shula’s memorabilia and trophies all around.

We have been in twice now. Definitely make reservations and you won’t be disappointed as everything is made on-site by their wonderful staff. This time Teagan was our exceptional server. She teased our taste buds with the daily chef special after getting our drink order. She was knowledgeable and took care to see dietary needs were taken care of. Everything was delicious and timely that we were able to make it to the game on time. This will definitely be a favorite for game day, but also special occasions too.

I had their bloody Mary at the bar and ordered their crispy chicken tenders. The bloody Mary was okay it could have been better. The chicken tenders were kind of cooked too long. And they definitely need more help for staff. The place is really nice though, great natural lighting in the place and an open concept. I would definitely go back to try lunch and dinner

This is billed as casual fine dining, it lives up to the name. The patrons are dressed From sports coat and slacks to shorts and a t-shirt. The staff was mostly friendly (the server was very nice the hostess seemed more bothered that we came in). The food was spectacular. We went for lunch and had the meatballs with polenta and the cheeseburger. The Shula sauce was REALLY good. The polenta was creamy and the meatballs were delicious. Definately woth a stop.

Went to a seminar there. Was so excited to try this place out and was so disappointed. We were shoved in a small room where you couldn’t even get out to go to the bathroom. The food took forever to get to us. When it came there was one person directing servers what to do looked like she had just crawled out of bed. Gnats bothered us the whole time even the speaker was batting at them. When food was set at the table family style with people we didn’t even know there were no tongs everyone used their own forks. Disgusting. Steak would have been good very tender but NO seasoning and the sauce was so salty and strong ruined the taste. Then dessert we asked for it to go as we had already sat there for half an hour waiting for it after we had ate. I got the banana bread waffle with ice cream. The waffle had so much cinnamon or maybe a bunch of spices it like felt like it burnt you tongue no banana taste but the banana was laying over the top half a banana not cut up just halved then maybe some cinnamon ice cream too many spices, overwhelming. Such a shame I will never return there not worth the high prices wouldn’t mind paying if it was good.
