Quesa Taco de Birria …..Delicious!! One of the best I’ve ever had for real!! Four tacos with consome $13. Tacos are loaded with beef and melted cheese. Consome is very flavorful, not flat and not too spicy. Is crazy that you can park and they take your order. That’s a five star service plus the staff was very friendly. First time in Dodge City traveling for work and this place is out of bounds #dodgecitykansas #dodgecityfood #birriatacos #familyowned

When I was in town on Monday I was super excited to go to lunch in Dodge City. I knew that this is the place I was going to go! The last time I was there had a awesome lunch, with friendly service. I was super sad when I realized they were not going to open. I’m guessing that is was a Monday kinda thing. I kept checking but the trailer was not in the parking lot. So next time I am there, I will check what days and times they are open for business. So was I bummed YES, will I go back YES.

Really tasty food. Park in front, stay in your car and they will come out to take your order. Credit cards and cash accepted. Had the shredded beef/queso tacos. Coupled with the dipping sauce they were terrific. Food was plentiful, highly recommended. Will eat here again…..and again.

Enjoyed lunch there for the first time yesterday and am so glad I did. It’s quite possibly the best chile relleno I’ve ever had. Everything about it was great, and especially enjoyed the green sauce on top. I typically don’t go for rice, but I actually really liked theirs. Great portions too, and next day leftover was still fantastic. Last but most definitely not least, the horchata was incredible.

Walked up up with a ten dollar bill and they gave me a coke and 3 asada tacos for the price of ten. Usually thatd be 12 but they were very generous. Coming back in the near future. Great service
