First time visiting here and really loved the drinks and food. The food came out quick despite being crowded. The wings and roasted chicken was really good. Definitely recommend this to all.

Stopped in for a little bite after a long, rainy day and this was the perfect place to relax surround by a dim, nautical theme. Felt right at home with outstanding service and warm bowls of awesome soup (French onion and lobster bisque). The French dip is recommended with layers of tender beef and flavorful au jus. Thanks for the hospitality.

We are newbies wanting to try something and somewhere new. Saw this place had good reviews. Came and it has a bar style area and a dining room. Also looked like it had outside dining. The specials looked good and the menu had nice options. We chose inside dining room. Did have some handicap accessible tables. Our waitress was nice and on top of things. Both our meals were delish and had dessert. Cool ambiance inside. Liked our beer actually came in a pint glass and not a snifter glass.

Had a good experience. The atmosphere is good. The food was really good and the waitress was friendly and attentive. One side of the restaurant is both tables and booths. The other side is booths, high-top tables and bar seating. There’s a full bar and the menu includes a children’s menu. It’s easy to get to as it’s on the Post Road, it’s not too far from I-95, and it’s close to Hammonasset State Park.

The food was good. I did really enjoy the lobster bisque. Atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. I really liked all the photos everywhere. The food was I thought overpriced.

Beach vibes. The greatest pastrami Reuben I’ve ever had, prices are justified behind those plates. Happened to turn in. Might be the special date night spot

I got a chicken ceaser wrap with fries. My aunt had an open faced tuna melt and fries. My mom had a turkey club and fries. My daughter had chicken tenders and fries off the kids’ menu. Everyone was very pleased with their food & service! It was so good! We will definitely be back there on our way to the beach!!

We stopped here after a day at the Beach. Donahue’s in Madison Connecticut. The inside was very nice and the would normally have live music, but due to the Pandemic it has been put on hold until the pandemic is deemed over. I wish I had pictures of the inside. We opted for outdoor seating since the weather was nice. To start we ordered Calamari as an appetizer, and I had a few pints of Guinness. My wife and I each had the fish and chips and Clam Chowder. All were well made. My son had a bacon cheeseburger with fries which he quickly ate. Icecream for dessert. The staff were very friendly and attentive. If you are in Madison, Connecticut stop in. 1320 Boston Post Road
