I don’t usually leave negative reviews. But in this case, I need to voice my displeasure. I’m new to Lake Bluff, and people have been talking about how good this place is. I ordered a pizza for delivery. Which is really delivered by Door Dash. Not usually an issue, but it was $42 for a large pizza with Sausage, Mushroom, Onion and Green peppers. The pizza arrived cold. it was not cooked very well. Veggies were still raw and crunchy. The crust was like eating a saltine cracker. No flavor. Sauce tasted just like tomato paste. The cheese seemed to be the cheapest that one can buy. I was really disappointed.

Delicious! I tried the deep dish Donati’s with Alfredo, black olives and three cheeses (mozzarella, ricotta and feta). The flavor was awesome! Go big or go home! Never going to complain about an excessive amount of cheese ! The service was quick and professional. I would highly recommend Donati’s when hanging around the Naval Base!
