Wheelchair accesible ( curb cut is in canter of plaza between altered distillery and Donatos ) manual entry door , clean sanitary , no pandemic precautions except copious amounts of hand sanitizer . No WiFi detected , very friendly hospitable staff , indoor and outdoor seating , in APP or in person ordering, has high chairs and both hi & low seating tables . Well lit ,ordered a personal 7 inch pizza with sausage and pineapple to go ,took it back to sit and watch a child playing in the water fountain well waiting for my ride home , from ordering to eating was about 14 minutes , hot fresh crispy as advertised “Edge to edge “ toppings , this was my first experience with Donatos and they impressed me .the sauce was a little more on the sweet side then I am used to but was enjoyable the sausage crumbles could have used a touch more spice , I like my pizza a balance of salty spicy sweet this for my taste was sweeter overall and less spicy than I would typically go for ,that said for a quick lunch from a franchise I enjoyed it and the price was around $8 which isn’t bad these days . Overall I would eat it again ( maybe put a bit of Melinda’s ghost pepper steak sauce to spice it up )

I stopped in a little after 9PM for a quick bite to eat. The employee at the front counter handed me their menu to browse (per my request, as this was my first time ordering from Donatos). I sat inside while my 8″ Chicken Bacon Ranch sub was prepared. The inner and outer decor was very nice and gave a pop to their restaurant. However, Donatos would benefit from taking some of that energy, time, and money away from their stylish dining area and invest it more into their food. After all, the most important factors in a pleasurable dining experience all surround the food (i.e. quality, portion size, temperature, etc.). My ordered sub was subpar when compared to other area pizza/sub shops: room temperature, few ingredients, sloppy, and I was left searching my kitchen cabinets for more food. It was a $8.99 8″ Chicken Bacon Ranch sub + tax. Your appetite is better served at Little Ceasars down the street – a hot and ready pepperoni pizza for under $8.00 (that’s including tax). At least with Little Ceasars, you’re getting a piping hot pizza, fresh ingredients, tons of cheese and sauce, and a portion size that definitely fills me up! There was nothing unique or special about Donato’s Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub – it tasted like a microwaved sub out of a generic, pre-packaged “heat and eat” cooler at Walmart. Speaking of Little Ceasars, they used to offer 6″ and 12″ subs on their menu (back in the day) – and, you guessed it … they were much, much better than the thing I was served at Donatos.

The most delicious & unusual offerings. We fell in love with the Hot Chicken Pickle Pizza a few years ago while I accompanied my husband in Dublin, Ohio, on a business trip. Hands down the best pizza we’ve ever had!

I miss the way Donatos pizza used to be, or maybe that’s just a central/southern Ohio thing. But the pepperoni used to always get kinda crispy as well as the edges of the pizza. Which is the best. Both times, I’ve gotten it from this location that was kind of a letdown, but it’s still not bad. Friendly staff, clean dining area.

Our family lives in Erie and got takeout here a few months ago. (They eat here very often) We loved it so much we decided to stop in on our way home after a visit with them this past Saturday. (11-13-21) The employees were nice and friendly. The shop was not busy so our food was made quickly. We stopped in the wonderful bookstore next door while waiting. My husband loved his pizza. Mine was very good, but I was not crazy about the crust. It was fine because I took a chance on a vegan pie with Greek toppings. The rest of the pizza was absolutely delicious, but I will order a regular crust next time. It was just a consistency/texture thing. We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. The salad we had last time with our family was amazing (chicken-bacon-cranberries-blue cheese)

The pepperoni pizza was superb. But the wings, you guys need to invest in a deep fryer or better oven or go on YouTube and learn how to make good wings. Honestly, the wings were the worst wings I’ve had anywhere in my life. Soggy, not crispy at all, and the wing sauce was nuclear level hot when we asked for mild. Do not order the wings.

Ordered for take out. Ordered a supreme. It took 45+ min to get order. Crust is thin. I am not a fan. And they cut pizza party style. Maybe this is what took pizza so long to make. The extra cuts. While we were sitting and waiting…. Some customers had called in and placed their order. Another person had placed his online. Same thing……late with order. All people were told it’ll be another 10-15 min. One guy said perfect, I’ll be back in 15. He left and returned only to be told another 5-10 min. Another guy who placed order online came to pick up and was told another 15 min. We talked to him and he said that he only has 15 min till his lunch is over and he has to get back to work.

This is the best pizza I have ever had. The crust is absolutely delectable, all of the toppings are so beautifully placed and are so fresh and tasty. The pickle pizza was such a fun new experience, and it was absolutely divine. The staff was so kind, they were all very patient and the service was quick. The resteraunt was very clean and orderly, the atmosphere was hygienic and very nice to be in. I highly recommend this pizza spot to everyone!! It’s unmatched.

That was our first visit to Donatos. Before that, we had never heard of this pizza franchise. My wife can only eat gluten free crusts and they have as an option for only a few sizes. We really liked the flavor and the crunchiness. It’s not taking five stars because we ordered a pie without mushrooms and when we got home, for our surprise, our pizza was filled with mushrooms.
