Great staff. It felt like they took extra time putting some TLC into my two pizzas. I am from Ohio and love Donatos, I found out there was one 15 miles from me and immediately got in the car and made the journey. This pizza is worth every dollar but with staff like that it was even better.

Unfortunately, there is nothing about this Denado’s location that I would consider memorable. As a matter of fact, it was completely unimpressive from start to finish. The individual pizza was very very light on toppings, only OK flavor, and not fulfilling. I was quite amazed that the manager/owner was sitting in the restaurant chatting with someone and never bothered to say hello to myself or other customers. I am quite unsure why they bother to advertise and send out coupons if you’re not willing to recognize and acknowledge your most valuable asset, which are your customers. There are much better pizza, locations nearby, rather than going to Donatos. I cannot in good faith recommend eating takeout or dine in at this location.

Nostalgic! My go-to pizza spot while a student at The Ohio State University. So pleased to see Donatos finally arrive to Atlanta! I got a large classic edge to edge pepperoni plus sausage. I received a warm welcome upon entering the restaurant. I like the special touch of writing a personal message on the box. I also appreciate the reserved parking spaces for Donato customers. Easy to find in the shopping plaza with LA Fitness. I’ll be happy when I don’t have to make a 30-minute drive just to get a Donatos pizza in my city.

My rating is more for the service than the food. Every time I’ve been here I’ve received fast and friendly service. They are always helpful and seem genuinely happy to work there. The pizza is fine. It’s a good option for a basic pizza and they have great gluten free options if you like cauliflower crust. Lots of topics and lovely crispy crust.

Haven’t been back to Fellini’s (or any other pizza place in the Atlanta/Decatur area, for that matter) since discovering this place! Great pizza with a Cauliflower crust option (which tastes like regular pizza crust)! If you come across one of their locations, there is a good chance that the staff will come to know you on a first name basis (due to making it your go-to lunch destination)!

Tl;Dr – If you really want to try it, don’t bother eating in and go with the thin crust (we didn’t try it but the Hand Tossed and “thicker” we’re underwhelming so I can only hope the thin crust is better).

Everyone in the South needs to get with Donatos for delicious pizza that is cooked rather quickly and can be enjoyed at the business or picked up and enjoyed at home (our preference). Not one other similar pizza business model in the South can top Donatos. This crust is thin and crispy on the bottom but still a bit doughy; it’s just right. The pepperoni is a must as they are just right crispy and flavorful. Ingredients are always distributed all over the pizza. A super yummy option; give it a try!
