Ordered a large 14” pepperoni pizza, 15 traditional garlic wings, and a dessert. The pizza was great, not too greasy which is especially common with pizza joints that use the large pepperonis. The food was absolutely delicious. The wings had a lot of flavor and were true dry rub rather. We’re in Florida vacationing for our honeymoon and wanted a quick and delicious meal after traveling all day, and this was perfect. The location itself was easy to find and there was plenty of parking, including designated area for pick up. Were we local to the area, we’d definitely eat here again!

The quality, service, and order accuracy of Donatos seemed to have gone extinct. My family used to frequently from the Beach Blvd location, but today’s experience will be our last. Between poor food quality and missing items on more recent orders, we will be making the drive to D&LP Subs for our pizza from now on. When we called for the remaining items, the out-sourced representative connected a young woman at the location who only seemed interested in refunding the missing items rather than competing the order. Those that didn’t receive their food made additional orders elsewhere. Dealing with Donatos and its employees is more hassle than it’s worth.

My first visit. There is limited seating and all the tables and floor were dirty. The young lady who greeted us and took our order was a soft speedy talker. I had a hard time hearing and understanding her. I am hearing impaired and I tried to explain it to her but she didn’t want to listen. My husband is not hearing impaired but he also couldn’t understand her. She was nice. She just needs to slow down and speak up. We ordered large Italian Trio. Which has pepperoni sausage and mushrooms, wings and bottled drinks. It took about 25 mins to get our food. They were pretty steady with walk-in customers and a couple of drive thru. The pizza is very good. I would say above average for chain pizza. The wings were just frozen Tyson style with buffalo sauce tossed on. I would say this. If your thinking of a chain store pizza… Yes get Donatos if you want great pizza. Go to a local pie shop.

As another reviewer noted, the pizza here is quite unremarkable. While it is indeed not bad, it’s very bland and quite dry. The danger with thin crust is that you have to be careful how much sauce goes on to avoid it getting soggy – but there still needs to be sauce. They either put a paper thin layer on it or they over cheese it (yes that’s a thing) because after they bake it, all the sauce is gone, it’s like eating an overcooked pita covered in cheese. If you want any flavor you’ll need to get a cup of sauce on the side to dip, otherwise you’re eating flavorless crisps. Oh, and this is particularly bad when you get it with pepperoni – if the pepperoni is more crunchy than the thin crust… it’s well over baked.

Had this as delivery to my uncle’s house for dinner the other night, so I can’t speak to service, atmosphere, or value. What I can say is that the supreme pizza I had was one of the best I’ve had! This place has the perfect ratio of crust to sauce to toppings of any place I’ve ever had. Their pizza isn’t overflowing with toppings, but they also aren’t cheating you by putting three slivers of each ingredient and calling it Supreme like the big chains do. And the sauce is the perfect acidity level to where it’s elevating the ingredients rather than stealing the show. Sad there isn’t one in Nashville so I can get some more!

It was a winner for me! I chose to dine at home with my Donatos order, and it was great. The ‘buy one get one free’ pepperoni classic definitely made us all happy. It had a deliciously crispy thin crust around the edges and tender towards the center. The pepperoni was cooked into little cups of perfection. The works was piled with veggies, meats, cheese, and was definitely a winner.

First time customer here. 100% satisfied with our order, wait time, and prices. Will definitely be back! The boneless wings are the BOMB! HUGE, white meat, perfectly seasoned. 10x better than other places. Try Donatos, you’ll be back!

Our pizza and wings took forever because they made an errror on one of our pizzas. Discussed with the manager, and apparently, there is nothing they could have done to help us. Then, when we finally received our order, the toppings were wrong, I asked for everything to be well done, and it wasn’t. Basically the entire order was incorrect, and the taste was horrible. Was super expensive as well. Would definitely not recommend!

The service was decent. The pizza was unexpectedly prepared with thin crust which was fine with me but I was unaware that thin crust is their standard crust. I’ll have to try the other preparations of dough styles. They have a nice selection of unique specialty pizzas

Was in JAX on vacation last week and wanted pizza and wings, Donato’s was nearby so ordered here. Should have walked away while ordering… Right from the ordering process to the 1 hr wait because they made an error with one of the pizza’s and had to remake it the experience was very poor.
