What happened???? I’ve always bought from them because until now the food was excellent. I’m 15 min away both pizzas were cold and one of them had 3 regular pieces and the rest crums of chicken. I did talk to the manager and they’re sending a new one. Its just sad it took place to begin with. Gonna stick to Publixs premium frozen pizza. At least it’ll be hot.

I was super excited to have Donatos back in Orlando. It had been over 10 years since I had experienced their thin crust pizza and yummy Italian salad. When we heard it was back we made a 30 minute trek to check it out! While it doesn’t have the charm of the original with the phones in the booth, it does have the same great flavors with the crispy pepperoni covering the pizza. Service was good, but it’s truly turned into a fast casual type place. The meatballs were also good, but the cheese bread was oddly flavorless. Hope you expand more in O-Town!

This is easily the best pizza we can get in the Orlando area. Whether it’s the thick doughy cheese bread or the crisp thin pizza crust, they get it perfectly. Also they’re never stingy with the toppings: it’s covered all the way out to the rim! Fast and friendly service. Great deal overall. 🙂

The company I work for had these guy cater us for lunch. This was by far the worst pizza I ever had. The crust was poorly made and tasted like raw flour. The sauce tasted like garlic heavy ketchup. The toppings were top notch especially the sausage. Then they cut the pizza into 3 rows of breadsticks which is very bizarre. I will not mske any plans of visiting this restaurant if this was their idea of quality food.

Donatos pizza was delicious and crispy. I enjoyed the ingredients as well as the toppings. I love the special online options of being able to put cheese over your ingredients, along with many more options. Giving your customers control of their food along with excellent service is a really nice touch.

Delicious. This is our 3rd order from Donatos since it opened on Goldenrod rd. Surprisingly the Jalapeños weren’t as hot as I’d imagined in the Fresh Stuffed Jalapeños, but they were still tasty and had a wonderful crunch. The Hot Chicken is a favorite with its well balanced flavor of spice and tang. The Cauliflower pizza was a new one on us tonight, but wasn’t bad. The ingredients are fresh and it’s honestly hard to tell the difference between cauliflower and their actual crust. Love the square cut slices.

You order at the counter & the bring the food to your table. The pizza is unique in that they use provolone instead of mozzarella. The jalapeño poppers were toasted, not fried & were excellent.
