Donatos is the best pizza chain around. It’s a must try if you haven’t had their Ohio style pizza. The crispy pepperonis and the thin pizza go together well. They sometimes have Cheryl’s cookies for dessert which are delicious. Staff is nice and the service is usually very fast. I would highly recommend!

I had a bad experience here last night. I ordered ahead and picked up for my visitors who are vegetarian. I prepaid so the guy just handed me my order and said “if something isn’t on your pizza, it’s because the day shift didn’t prep it”. That’s really nice to know after I drove 25 minutes and already paid for my food. Is this really how they do business here? How hard would it have been to grab and prep a few items at some point during the shift? There were two staff at the time. The ingredients that they did use didn’t even look fresh and check the photos to see how very little they put on a sub. I get the order back and there’s no plant-based sausage, but there certainly was chicken chunks randomly placed on both different items I ordered. Why exactly was this done to a vegetarian order?? The plant-based sausage was the main point for going here. I had to toss my whole order since it had meat on it and waste even more time finding new meals for my company. Reed (maybe that’s his name?) also talked about looking for a new job. That sounds like a pretty good idea since he doesn’t seem to care about the one job (making the pizza that’s ordered) he has at this one. I liked this location, but I am afraid I can’t return here if I can’t get what I ordered and what I do get is seemingly sabotaged.

This place is ABSOLUTELY SUPERB. The young staff was just as great as my pizza. Upon entering, I noticed just how extremely clean the place was. Not a debris insight clean floors/tables no overstuffed trash cans. I proceeded to order a thin cauliflower crust heat pizza w/mushroom. This pizza is a heat lovers dream. It’s made with pepper jack cheese, jalepanoes and crushed red peppers throughout the pizza. It was FIRE and I enjoyed every bite. The pizza is sliced in small rectangles perfect for sharing. However, prior to ordering, I mentioned to my friends that I was not sharing so don’t be staring. On this day, I was proud to be selfish. I only shared this culinary delight with Stella Artois. It was the BEST PIZZA EVER!!! Honestly, I do not live in the state of Florida but I will definitely book a flight just for another slice.

Third time I’ve ordered from them. Pizza is never ready when I show up to pick it up. I had it delivered once and they were 90 minutes late. The food was cold and they left half the order at the store. Tried various stores problems everytime. I love the food but they can’t get the service part right. I’m Done with Donatos.

Absolutely amazing! We drove from Winter Garden just to get pizza and were not disappointed. The restaurant was clean and modern. The employees were all helpful and friendly. The there was the pizza. OUTSTANDING! This is the best pizza out there. If you are a fan of pepperoni and thin crust, this is your place. Glad that Donatos is here in Florida. A nice Columbus restaurant that we will definitely be visiting again.
