Hot Donatos pizza is great…including here. Since we live some distance away, we can only have hot Donatos on on-site here. The seating is not good. Also, staff is divided between 2 connected brands. One person is sometimes serving both sides. Not good.

First time using the app myself with a new account setup. The price of the pizza and the side ended up being 2 dollars cheaper than what the app said. But we didn’t get our cup of Mariana sauce and the Ranch cup ended up being opened and spilled all over the pepperoni cheese bread. So I am not mad just an average rating today for it. Just secured the ranch better next time. Ordered that for my wife. I don’t eat it myself. We will probably be back in the future still.

The food was good & arrived on time but was barely room temperature, in fact, I would call it cold. I had to call to order, because the online ordering said it was too far to deliver, despite it only being half a mile away. When I called to place my order, rather than tell me they couldn’t hear me, they disconnected the call. I love Donato’s, but was not happy with my first time ordering from this location. I realize I was ordering quite late at night, but this was a frustrating & disappointing experience.

Super friendly store, great manager, great staff, FANTASTIC pizza. I’ve ordered from this location perhaps a few dozen times now and I’ve never received a bad pizza. They truly care about a quality product here, and clearly work hard to make it so. Delicious!
