Food great as always. Dined in and got seated right away and food came semi fast. The woman who came in behind me wasn’t so fortunate. She waited and waited but nobody came to help her so she left. I saw the dingy pink haired girl in back look up at least five times but never came to help. She’s very lazy I wouldn’t want her on my team.

Over the course of the past few years, this has gone from one of our go-to places to one that just creates a hassle. There has been something wrong with our order every time we’ve gone there and getting it fixed is a big headache. It took them 4 times to get a salad order correct this time. We are definitely done giving them chances.

Pizza and subs are great…first time ordering boneless wings. We ordered mild sauce. I did pick-up window, opened the wings when I got home and noticed they were extremely orange, red flag to me , spicy looking. I touched one and tasted it, yep, fiery hot. I called the manager, said there was an error, I ordered mild, these are extremely hot. She advised me that they use Franks RED HOT sauce in their “mild” sauce, and it has always been like this. They get complaints all the time. Her suggestion was to order BBQ next time. Well Michelle, I won’t be ordering ANY wings from you again. Feel this is misleading and a credit should have been offered. I am posting on google, because apparently, even though they are aware of this issue ..they make no changes and offer no satisfaction to the customer… who is just stuck as a result of this false advertising

Felt so bad for this store. Their system went down and put them super behind. The store manager was working with his associates to get them caught up. You could tell they were having it rough but still kept their cool with all the angry people who came in store and would stare to intimidate them or sigh unnecessarily loud. We will be returning because the service we received was still great. Food was fresh and oh so good. Customers just need to learn to be more understanding that things happen.

Service was subpar at the window. All 3 pizzas we ordered were not good. We used to love this location, but this experience was just awful. Works, pepperoni, and cheese. No flavor like I am used to. Works was the only decent pie.
