Wrath
Placed an order for delivery, called in first to ask questions (me and my wife don’t really order from Donatos so I wasn’t familiar). Staff on the phone were really nice. When we got the pizza, the delivery driver was really nice and showed us that our medium was upgraded to a large for free because of a small mistake at the store (they didn’t have to do that but I really appreciate it!) and the food itself was excellent. Made perfectly and delicious. Did not take too long for us to receive it either even though we ordered pretty much at rush hour time.

Literally the most difficult experience trying to order anything online. The “deal” that I was trying to select never activated or gave me any kind of promts as to how to use it. The menu options were disorganized and confusing. While trying to pay for (what exactly I’m still not sure) my card options were declined 3 times when I KNOW that they work. This wasted 20 minutes of my life just trying to order and I will never try again.

This pizza looks horrible, luckily my brother thought it taste okay. I know0I wasn’t eating it. The mushrooms were so dark as if they were old and they were. I wasn’t eating that! A cheese pizza with mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion and it looks like this!!! And it was cold I just live up the street but Arrived a little before pick-up time it seems it was already made earlier that day. The bell pepper and onion on the pizza weren’t even cooked. Some cheese wasn’t melted. Will never buy from this donatos or donatos period! Gross!!! I purchased 01/07/2022

I love donatos pizza but this store JUST THIS STORE has the worst staff ever I ordered my food at 4:30pm and was very understanding knowing that it’s Christmas Eve and the roads are bad I had to reach out to the store several times just to see where my food was at 5:40pm STILL NO FOOD!! I called back at 6:50 to see if my food was still coming one of the employees answered told me they were closed and hung up on me not once but 3 times, I call back a rude nasty lady answers and tells me I need to calm down and hung up on me! I call back just wanting to know where my food is because my two toddlers are ready to eat some lady answers the phone and didn’t know where my order was I asked for a refund they told me they can’t give me my money back but a store credit! I’ll will never come back to this donatos nor will I recommend it hope you all get fired!!

I got the best pizza ever from this location. It was delivered steaming hot ♨️and made to my specifications. The driver was especially great he was friendly and considerate to my instructions. The only problem I have is with the app. It says my zip code is invalid. With that said I applaud this store. The window woman.

They failed to call me and i ordered off their company website. Its the managers job to call when orders dont go out they leave it up to doordash to call me because the person who works from doordash stole my pizza. I have not got refunded. As i say again i ordered off the company website not doordash so donatos should be refunding me. Giving the excuse staffing shortage but i heard alot of people in the background. Customer service sucks.

Food was great service is very poor. They give their address as Canal Winchester and it is actually Columbus with a canal post office box. Most of the employees seemed to to be lacking enthusiasm about their jobs and the manager is the reason. But they are serving good food for a chain pizza place.

The pizza was good but the wait was absolutely impossible and this was an in-store pick up. I understand it is busy on Friday nights however it should not take 12 minutes for someone to even address you when you walk in to pick up an order. I even waited an extra 10 minutes to guarantee it would be ready. They had one guy working the front desk and the drive thru that had about 15 customers waiting between the two (6 of which were in the small waiting area).
