The manager claimed he made this right 50% of my order no toppings on it He did issue refund Refuse to come pick it up order arrived late I’m not expecting perfection Would have been happy if there would have been so much as one pepperoni or even a piece of cheese on those 2 pieces

My driver Logan was an absolute stand up guy. One of those dudes whose hand you just gotta shake. He treated my elderly mother extremely well, helping her count her change as she was clearly struggling. Really appreciate his honest demeanor and willingness to help while being extremely friendly! Highly recommend this store, they just got themselves a new regular 😉

Overall the customer service was excellent, food was ready on time but my pizza was somewhat overcooked. It was a busy Saturday night so I completely understand because they were extremely busy. The manager Andrew decided to remake my order to get it to perfection! Andrew was even kind enough to give me my whole order for free. I was greatly impressed when he told me it was, “on the house!” This location is very representative of what Donato’s stands for and what makes them one of the best pizza chains. The manager along with the staff at this location deserve special recognition for the way that they take care of the customer. This is one of the best locations in central Ohio.

Ordered the gluten-free pizza by phone for a specific time, pizza was ready when I went to pick it up. Drive-thru pickup is super easy. I can only eat gluten-free, and I feel Donato’s is one of the best. Ordered ours with green peppers, onions, and jalapeños. Delicious!

The food was great it just took way too long to get my food than what I was told and the only thing I added when I got there was a salad; only because I was already having to wait for the subs. Otherwise service was excellent except for the 5 or so ppl that were just standing around.

Every time Donatos uses Door Dash, there is a problem. The food is really good, but all the problems with delivery need addressed. Things like call when they get there, never happens. When you’re at a location and cannot drive to pick something up to eat, you depend on the service you pay for.

Pizza was cold and not done. I asked for half mushroom and got about 1/3. I called to complain and was “transferred” twice only to be disconnected. On the third try I was given a number to call myself but no answer. I stopped ordering awhile back because of poor product and service. Thought I would try again. Never again from the Stringtown store!
