It was 45 minutes late, burnt AND cold. Seriously? I paid 70 bucks for this and none of it was edible. And “doing better than you did yesterday ” isn’t good enough for me. I tried calling to tell you that, but the food didn’t get here until after you’d been closed for a half an hour.

I understand the world is short staffed, but this wasn’t a short staffed issue. I did an order online at 3:30pm for a curbside pickup at 6pm. I got there at 5:50pm, they came out to my car 5 minutes later with my receipt saying my food was just now being put in the oven. A couple then walks inside and orders food and sits down. 15 minutes go by and they get their food before me! I waited another 5 minutes, called again to ask about my food because I had a baby in the back about to lose his mind and then they brought my food out. So did they forget about me? The girl who brought it out was very apologetic to me. I was ready to ask for my money back and leave. But what’s the point of ordering 2.5 hours prior online if people are going to walk in and get served before you. I could have went inside, but it is cold outside and the less I have to drag my child in and out is best.
