Ordered a pizza on Tuesday March 28 at around 5:30 pm. I got my order, which was good, but after checking my receipt, it was charged to an unknown visa account. Then I was charged for 2 orders I did not order. Please check your accounts carefully if you ordered from them. My bank account has been closed due to this . It’s a mess. I love the pizza, but am questioning whether to order from them after all this. It very upsetting.

How does the manager here have a job still. Terrible food, burnt sub that was cold(how does that even happen) came to pick up my order and no one was working the front. Stood there for ten minutes waiting on this dude to hand me a cold burnt sub. Poorly managed to say the least.

I ordered a chef salad with extra banana peppers. My salad had only a couple banana peppers in it, maybe three slices of meat that comes with it. It was literally lettuce. Not happy at all. I was robbed today.

Consistently gets my order wrong. 2 times in a row my husband ordered a big don with sausage crumbles and there’s no sausage on it. My “extra ingredients” aren’t noticeable or even put on at all. Received 5 boneless wings aka “nuggets” instead of 6 that were the size of a nickel. Received subs with dressing when I asked for them plain. They always forget the salad dressings even when it’s supposed to come with it or even buying extra. They run from the window after they hand you the food too so gotta sit there even longer to get all my items.

Worst place to eat in Lancaster their staff is extremely rude and judgemental.Our order was wrong so we brought in our receipt with the food and we got talked to like we are monsters or something when they are the ones that gave us the wrong pizza n party twists that weren’t done. Our daughter said hi to the lady at the register and she just looked at her and just ignored her. Rudest people I have ever met even the manager. We’ll never get food from here again!!!!!!

Employee handed me a pitch black cheesey bread, when i said somthing about it she says there always like that when i know ive never gotten one burt and as hard as a rock, how you gonna tell a customer how they always get there food. Employee continued to talk about me as it was re made. Un professional all the way this location needs some new employees and owner dont respond unless its a good review.
