I ordered a Large pepperoni pizza add jalapeños. I was told it would be 30 minutes and almost 90 minutes go by and i get the email that it’s been delivered. No one ever knocked and i walk outside to see no pizza. I then contact the store and the manager tells me she will send a knew one out. Never got it and when i called almost 2 hours later no one answered and then i called again 10 minutes later and the store was closed. I had 3 kids to feed and that place didn’t care. don’t say you’re sending a new one out if you’re not!! this store sucks !!!

This was my first time trying Donatos. We actually met one of their traveling managers in VA in a local Red Robin. He spotted my man’s Buckeye shirt, and it opened up a conversation about him bieng from Ohio and was there in VA to work. We told him we were headed there in a few days to visit. He gave us a coupon for a 1 large pizza with 1 free topping. That was very nice. I used the coupon, and I also purchased a 7 inch personal pizza. Unfortunately, they dont offer vegan cheese for folks with allergies, so I got a cheese less pizza with sausage, mushrooms,onions, and garlic. I also ordered the garlic wings and an Italian sub. The managers were really friendly and patient with my questions. We chatted about food and life. They forgot to charge me, and I walked out. When I got to the car, I realized I didn’t pay, but I new the right thing to do, plus when I say how small that personal pizza was, I new I needed more food. The food was amazing and my family enjoyed it. Will definitely be back.

Pizza was pretty good as always. Non-alcoholic drinks consisted of a “not quite right” self-serve pepsi fountain products. Multiple complaints about the sodas. No iced tea option. Beer selection was good, but not something for lunch on a workday.

Terrible. I’ve tried ordering from this store twice now in about two weeks. First time- order was delivered missing 2 of 3 items ordered. Had to call the store- manager answered- sent correct order- an hour later. Tonight I ordered 1 large pizza. Never delivered. No calls. No emails other than the order confirmation and confirmation that my credit card was charged. Tried calling the store, tried calling the corporate number- no answer from either. Sat on hold with both numbers until both calls were disconnected. As of now- I’ve been charged 23 dollars including tip- but I’ve received nothing. And zero contact from the store. Do I recommend donatos? Yes. It’s delicious- my favorite. This store though- an absolute joke. They just like to take your money and not deliver. Now I get to go to bed hungry and spend who knows how long trying to get a refund for the food that I never received. If you can’t handle the job- don’t do it. You’re just setting yourselves up for failure and turning countless customers away.

My Hot Chicken Pizza was a Hot Mess to say the least. It was overcooked, lukewarm, and it wasn’t even completed. No pickles and no ranch dressing. My garlic bread and cinnamon bread were also overcooked. I called and complained and was interrupted by the boy on the phone. I waited almost 2 hours for a bad order. I asked for a new pizza and had to wait a long time for it as well. I used to work at a Donatos and its really not difficult to get it right. Just read the receipt that’s right in front of you. I will not be ordering there ever again. Extremely disappointed.

Called 2 get a pizza I live 1.1 miles away from them n they tell me I’m 2 far away n send my food 2 south high St it was very late n cold when I called I was put on hold for 30 mins n hung up on 3 times n got a rude attitude from a manger n they hung up on me before I was done talking with no disrespect or anything to her

Had an issue where I ordered for pickup, but no one was at the counter when I arrived. I waited with two other customers for several minutes before we tried asking the bartender for help, which he did, he was very helpful and got each of our orders from the back. It was just weird why no one was at the counter, our orders were apparently ready but we couldn’t get to them. The pizza was great though, once I got it!

Literally the worst donatos ever, I regularly order and everytime something is wrong not to mention I never get my extra dressing no matter if I pay for it or not, I’ve paid for 5 extra dressings once and didn’t receive one does your staff not know how to read or just dont care? Then I call tonight no delivery driver how are you a pizza place and don’t have delivery gtfoh. Shut this location down honestly
