So, my family and I ordered a specialty pizza tonight from the donatos Bexley location. We went to pick it up in their drive through. We get home to find a sloppy cut, burnt pizza! I called the store to speak to a manager. He expected me to drive back there on order for him to remake the pizza. I had to get a ride to the store and didn’t have a way to make that trip again tonight. So I asked if he could just provide a refund or a store credit. He claimed he couldn’t hear me, yet there was no static or distortion on the phone lines. In fact, I could hear all the workers around him. He became rude, irritated, kept acting like he couldn’t hear me. Then he finally said he would provide a credit, and hung up while I was in the middle of speaking to him. This was Tuesday night, 8/15/2023, at 9:29pm. Needless to say, we will never return to this location. Also, I do not recommend this location. And from the way he acted, he was probably the one that made and screwed up the order in the first place.

First time ordering from this location. We ordered 3 subs and a calzone. Subs were great. They forgot my dressing on the side. The calzone was oozing with pizza sauce which I wasn’t thrilled about. I’ll order again sometime and update. Till then it’s a solid 3 star

The mariachi beef pizza. What a fun pizza. Even the name sounds exciting. It was new, and tasty, and on point. Their wings pair really well with ot also. The product quality was good, but the prices are a little steep. The staff was very friendly and prompt to serve me though. And…the mariachi beef pizza. So good!
