I paid almost $9 for a Italian chef salad thinking with all the ingredients that come in the salad I’d have a hearty salad..well donates got me good…they gave me a tablespoon of each of the toppings and 1lb of lettuce..I called the manager and he confirmed that they weigh each topping (smh). I’m sticking to the mom and pops pizzerias.

Standing not taking your order, you can tell they really don’t want to work. Tables were not cleaned, and trash cans needed to be emptied,front entranced needed to be clean, and glass should have been wiped to many fingerprints, I asked to use the restrooms the employee gave me the wrong combination. The food was okay. Will not be going back.

I’ve been an avid customer for donatos for many years since I was old enough to by my own food. Y’all about to rectify this situation. To be clear, I have never had one single complaint until tonight. So my mom’s birthday was today. I ordered donatos on the app at around 8. Big ole $60 meal at that. They said it was going to be at my mom’s around 9:25. So right out the gate were gonna wait for an hour and a half which is fine. But then I get an email saying it’s leaving the building at 9:02. I’m thinking I’m gonna get to tip real good tonight because it’s gonna be fast. 9:25 rolls around, I call in and the store transfers me to who tracks the order. I get put on hold 5 different times and wait at least 3 minutes each time and get hung up on each time. We pull up to the shop at 10:15. This dude tried to say I gotta talk to door dash… But I ordered it through donatos ?… I’m sitting here right now at 10:31 waiting for an additional 20 minutes to get the food I ordered at 8. And getting charged the same amount, no discounts, nothing free, nothing. Not even an apology. Just gotta be cool with losing 3 hours of my time while my entire family is waiting to get food. You all should be ashamed of yourself. I want refunded, free food, the whole thing. What ever it is you do to rectify mishaps like this. This is beyond.

Horrible customer service. The manager does not compensate for badly made food. It tasted good but our hand tossed pizzas had 4+ inches of crust! We paid for larges, not smalls.

Ordered more than an hour before close on a Saturday night. Paid by credit card. Called my supposed driver because nobody would pick up the phone at the store despite staggered, multiple attempts. I was charged for the food, updated on order progression for over an hour, but the food never came, the transaction is still pending and funds are NOT available in my account after over 72 hours, and no phone call, email nor refund has been attempted. I could not find anyone else able to serve not to mention deliver by the time Donatos took my money and wasted my time and energy, and despite severe injuries from an auto accident making ANY movement painful I was forced to hobble around the kitchen preparing food slowly and painfully and dizzy as well thanks to this debacle.

The employee Pam was very rude and nasty… Came out of the kitchen to start something when I was making a complaint with the manager and another employee actually stopped her and took her towards the back. That was my first time in Columbus, my second order for doordash while there and the last! Thank goodness for the other employees that didn’t mind helping customers
