Normally their pizza is one of my favs, but this was an utter failure. Took over an hour to get a 7″ pizza, the guy left it at the front desk, when I opened the box this was the worst pizza ever. Flat and nasty cheese stuck to the box, Luke warm, the tomatoes were horrible. The box says fresh and delicious and it was anything but. Now I have to at 8:30 at night leave to go find something to eat because there’s no decent restaurants around the airport.

We ordered a pizza, cheese bread, and cinnamon bread for delivery. The food arrived within 5 minutes of the estimated time and was still quite hot. The pizza and cinnamon bread were really good, while the cheese bread was a little plain, but still pretty good.

We ordered two Mariachi pizzas. That’s it. No extras for delivery. Our order arrived with the bill showing that we had been charged for 5 packs of sour cream (we received three in spite of having ordered none). The persons inside of this shop are criminals in my opinion. They are systematically nickel and dining themselves an extra paycheck at the expense of their customers.

The service is horrible. My order say on the counter for ten minutes. Finally, I came to the conclusion that it was mine… After people who came in after me received their orders and left. When I commented about this, the employee simply said, “Well, that’s too bad. What do you want me to do about it?”

Ordered online using one of your offers/coupons. I chose the option to pay at the restaurant. Got my order confirmation. Everything was good until I got to the restaurant. The guy at the window was trying to charge me more than my order cost. I showed him my order confirmation in the price of my order, but he still refused to change it. I asked for the manager when another young man came to the window, and he told me, “There must’ve been a glitch in our system, and we can not accept nor change the price.” Which doesn’t make no sense cause I never had any problems before. They must be overcharging people and pocketing the ” extra” at the end of the night.

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks. I called when it was 5 minutes late they said he is on the way,called 5min after that and was told if hes not here in 15minutes to call back. I ended up canceling the order then the driver called me to ask what my address is after being 20minutes late,then had an attitude when i asked what happened.

100% awful. I haven’t been to Donatos in almost a year. I ordered “well done” because its usually really light when you get several toppings. I called back to make sure it was added to my order because the young lady on the phone seemed distracted.
