Ordered via Doordash 4 items, 3 of the 4 were awful. Pizza crust was burnt while dough was almost raw, meatballs were BARELY warm & never received cheese sticks. Sub was edible. $50 and very disappointed with the food. DoorDash barely made it right.

The pizza here is always hit or miss. Today the made the wrong pizza well done. Not really a big deal. But still annoying. Update. No offense but I won’t be ordering delivery from this location. It’s always Door dash and my food is always cold. It’s never well done and never has the extra cheese I order. I tried the party twist for the first time, and they were not done. Tasted like fermented dough. Glad they were free. I work at a pizza place so I know what I’m talking about.

Shout out to the security guard that locked the door in my face at 8:59pm on Tuesday 6/13. Had a pickup order done through the mobile app to pick up at 9:04pm. The door for the Call Window was also locked even though the hours of operation say open until 11pm. There were two other employees sitting in the dining area talking whom made eye contact with me and couldn’t be bothered. Called 3x and no one answered. The call center also tried calling them and they didn’t answer for them either. Stuck around until 9:15pm to see if anyone would open a door and provide some service. Didn’t happen. Well done, Donatos team members at Tamarack.

I appreciate when someone or a business can just say, “yes we made a mistake.” We all do, but then to remedy it is the next level. I’ve ordered from this location many times and have had many errors, but something was different today. They acknowledged the issue (I didn’t get part of my order..salad) and upon my call the manager imediately saw I didn’t get what I ordered and delivered it himself! Wow! Great job Donatos Tamarack! I even wanted to tip, but he was adement that he was making amends and wouldn’t take it. I’ll give 5 star for turning this error into a recommdendable experience!

Wife ordered a medium pizza online and was delivered something that was some sort of calzone instead. Tried calling twice waited for 10minutes and no one answered the phone but actually hung up on us twice. Just wished someone would actually answer the phone in order to fix the problem.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I ordered. It’s been over an hour and my delivery isn’t here. I even left a big tip in hopes that it would come at a decent time. I just want my money back. No one’s answering the phone when I call.

Ordered delivery asked for xtra saus and mushroom barely had any toppings. Dr dash driver wasn’t told I needed to pay in cash. She didnt have change. She did bring the change back. Her name was STacey. Honest. Lady . she did bring the change back. People at store and call center were really indifferent to my complaints. Just told me to call corporate. I did call center and store to let them know. They dont seem to care if the cusomer is happy or not

Always have a problem with this store. They cannot get my order right at all or they keep having to extend my delivery time because they don’t have my order ready each time. No one picks up the phone. Very unprofessional. Just a bunch of goons that work here and is only there for a check.

Don’t order from this location. They can’t hire their own drivers so they use door dash, which have given me the wrong order multiple times. The past two times I ordered breadsticks they were so underbaked that the dough was tacky still. They are going to make someone sick! This place is too overpriced for all this to be happening, do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.
