This has happened several times now. We order online and at the designated time we come to pick up and pizza isn’t ready. This time we did a time order so they would have 2 HOURS to get the order ready. We get here and they don’t even have a ticket for our pizzas. The young man working the window bless his soul went and got the manager like he should.

I ordered two pizzas for pickup. I sent my daughter to pick it up. My daughter came home with one pizza. My daughter said she asked if that was everything and they confirmed that it was. When I called they said they would refund it since I couldn’t go back and go get it. Then they call me back that they couldn’t refund it because the order was closed and that manager doesn’t have authority to do it anymore. I asked the manager 4 times what her name was so I could go tomorrow to talk to someone else about it. She wouldn’t give me her name and I didn’t get a refund. Then I asked can you deliver the pizza and she said she would have to charge me a delivery fee. How are you going to charge me a fee after you failed to give my daughter the whole order and you couldn’t even refund my missing pizza. How is there a manager left in charge that can’t even give refunds for their own f$)& ups.
