By far the worst experience I have ever had and I will NEVER order from this location again! Put in a scheduled order at 6 to pick up the order at 8pm. When I got home and opened the box the pizzas look like they were made at 6 and sat for 2 hours! I called and spoke with a manager and told him my pizza is cold and not fresh! He refused to remake it, or give me my money back and kept referring me to corporate! He basically called me a liar and blamed it on the heat lamps. Literally all I wanted was for them to be remade! As you can see in the picture this is clearly not fresh! It wasn’t even hot!

I’m so disappointed with the service and the disrespect I received today . The general manager on shift was a guy was being very Racist to me . Cooked my sub very very hard the sub was not eat able when I ask for a remake or a credit he declined and was very rude said some very racial things and at this point I will be hiring a lawyer and taking matters to court . What he said was very disrespectful all because I ask if my sub could be refunded or remade smh I’ve tired to give this location so many chances. Food is excellent if you actually get it. Store has no control over who picks up which order which can leave the customer without food after waiting more than an hour. The mgmt team will refuse to be helpful in these cases. I know, its happened to me more than once. NEVER AGAIN!

This was the pizza that was delivered to my house, just disrespectful. Then they tell my wife they can’t do a refund only a store credit and to order a new one it would take a hour! Who wants to wait another hour on top of the hour they just waited. Manager seemed upset Didn’t offer no extra pizza, wings, or anything like that. When I called they said they’d offer a refund so we’ll see in a couple days. Had to order from another location, never again.

I have a LOVE/ HATE relationship with Donatos on Noe Bixby. The last time I ordered it was almost at closing. Picked up my food, get back home, and $43 worth of food WRONG. uk i was mad,and super hungry it was almost 1 n the morning. had to eat food from my fridge. Called to complain the next day and the gentleman was great. He credited my account with no issues and was upset at the crew. This is the only issue I have had from any Donatos, so I love them more than hate them.
