I ordered a hot chicken pizza which I always get from there and it was great. However, I ordered an Italian side salad and it came up incredibly short. Barely any lettuce in the bowl and was missing the pepperoni. How someone could make this salad and feel comfortable giving it to a customer is beyond me. There is barely enough product in there to cover the bottom of the bowl. If you want to make that tiny of a salad then put it in a much smaller bowl.

Their cauliflower crust is the best I have ever had! It’s crunchy but soft, perfect combo! I’m sad the Hot Honey pepperoni is no longer an option, it was so good! However, I am never unsatisfied with Donatos no matter what I get! We have never dined in here but the staff at the pick up window has always been super nice! We tried the desert twists those were good as well as their wings with BBQ. Pizza is the best menu item!

We’re from Michigan so getting Donato’s is a must when they’re nearby. Food was good as usual, but this time was a little undercooked and lacking the crunch I’m used to. Edges were, but middle was still a little doughy. I’ll be back at whatever Donato’s is near my next adventure though!!

I would not recommend ordering Donatos online. Had I seen the other reviews here I never would have. Ordered online, they did not have it when I arrived. This was disappointing after a long day of work and it being the first time I tried Donatos. They said it would be a 10 minute wait (they did not apologize), it ended up being 30 minutes and one of the pizzas was made incorrectly. Overall the food was unimpressive and disappointing. We will not be back.

Spotless restaurant, incredibly clean. The service was quick considering the food was fresh. Waited about 7 to 10 minutes. The subs and pizza are delicious. The staff are incredibly efficient and friendly. If anyone in the area is looking for good food this is the place!

Ordered through Grubhub because I had some credit. Showed up and they didn’t make it, told me they didn’t have their Grubhub machine on. Didn’t offer any other solution, like free breadsticks or any type of credit, just out of luck and I’m waiting 30 minutes for pizza. Thanks Donatos!

Waited several minutes to be helped because the person working was in the dining area talking on their phone. The customer in front of me got the wrong pizza and apparently was given my pizza to correct the issue. I had to wait 20+ minutes for my 3rd pizza while the other 2 sat there under the warmer. When I finally got my pizza, 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, I got a “Here ya go.” No apology. No offer to make amends. I order from this location often, normally getting great food and service, but tonight was absolutely awful. Guess I’ll have to try another location or different pizza franchise next time.
