I’ve been a delivery driver for this store for the past month or so. When I arrived at work on Friday morning, I was handed a print out of an email from a customer. It was the same nasty customer who I reported to the GM and a couple of other managers last week, after taking a delivery to their house. There was a sign on their door that said “don’t ring the bell”. Ok, so I knocked. Some crazy middle eastern looking guy comes running to the door and started screaming and yelling at me because I knocked on the door, as if there’s something wrong with that? I apologized to him, and I advised him that if he wants a “no contact” delivery, that he needs to say so when he places his order. He claimed that he did. Well, nowhere on the receipt did it say anything about being a no contact. Therefore, it’s unreasonable to expect me to just leave their food outside in the rain without a no contact order. This customer was extremely rude and aggressive, and I told the managers so last week. On Friday morning, the GM, Kelly, shows me an email from this customer claiming that I was somehow the one being “rude and threatening”. They were accusing me of the very thing that the customer did to me. I advised Kelly that I do not wish to return to that customer’s house. And, that if they order again, to please call Door Dash (which is the delivery service they use most of the time anyway). She said no, I don’t get to pick and choose what deliveries I take. I said that I simply don’t wish to put myself in that situation again, and don’t want those people lying about me again. She then began to lecture me about how she pays me to do a job, not to be rude to customers. As if I don’t do my job? As if I was ever rude to any customer? Wrong! I have done every single thing asked of me since I started working there. I’ve never been rude to any customer there. I even apologized to that customer, even though I did nothing wrong! Shortly after Kelly left the store, I asked the Manager in charge to cash me out and send me home. I did not return the next day, because I don’t appreciate being accused of some wrong doing that I didn’t do. I also don’t appreciate Kelly trying to force me to return to that hostile customer’s house, especially after the nasty email full of lies which they sent about me. Well, I guarantee that I won’t be returning to their house if I don’t work there any more. Problem solved.

Bit pricey but what isn’t these days. Ordered on the app and it was ready before the stated time. They also gave us plates and napkins as this was an order for a business. Wish I would have gotten the guys name that worked the driver thru, but he was great.

Another one of these places that locks their door at like 5pm no matter how long they’re open. So I go to enter the lobby at about 645pm, only for it to be locked and drive thru only. No sign or anything, by the way. By this time 2 more cars had pulled up, so I wasn’t going to wait and just left. If you can’t be bothered to open your doors, don’t do business at all.

The manager of the location needs training on how to resolve issues! They also forgot to add what I ordered and completely didn’t make what I wanted! All I wanted was a lot of jalapeños, extra sauce and well done. I explained to the gentleman that they messed my order up last time and I’m giving them another try. He said he will make sure it’s perfect!! That did not happen! So I called the manager and told her the story and she told me she made my order and it was right! Her solution to my issue was a $2.00 credit for next time! So to make the review even longer, I returned the order and will never order from this location again!! My advice if you go to this location don’t make any changes because they can’t seem to get the order correct! It seems so petty but this isn’t rocket science!

If I could give a negative number of stars I would. We put our order in at around 5:45 on July 4th. It was a larger order but they gave us a delivery time of 45 minutes. 3 HOURS later we still didn’t have our food. We called multiple times to find out where our food was and at one point they told us door dash had it because they were short staffed and our food would be there at 8:40. We called at 8:45 and still no food, the manager told us the food was still there and hadn’t EVEN BEEN PICKED UP! So clearly someone lied to us. The rude employees also hung up on us multiple times when we asked to speak to a mgr. definitely won’t be ordering from there ever again. If they were forthcoming in the beginning and said we are extremely short staffed so it’s going to be at least a 1.5 hour wait someone in our party would’ve happily gone and picked it up, but they lied the whole way through. Just awful customer service.

The quality of this place has gone downhill. I placed an order and they completely got it wrong. Gave them a second chance to get it right and both me and my toddler had upset stomach’s. Don’t eat at this one. They DGAF.

Ate here a lot growing up and recently came back on vacation to see folks. Still the same quality, not surprising as a chain. Still good Ohio style pizza.
