Ordered a plant based sausage and banana pepper pizza and got enough banana peppers for 4 pizzas. It was extremely soggy, undercooked, and disgusting. Reached out to customer service but received no response. Definitely won’t be going back.

Good thin crust, party cut, vegetarian pizza. We came in quite late after the Tennis tournament for a dinner, ordered ahead and wanted to eat in as the pizza tastes so much better when it’s fresh from the oven. The kids running the place accomodated us and were really quite nice. For a chain pizzeria, this is good pizza, especially the thin crust. Most chain pizzas don’t have a good crust, so stick with the thin crust so you can enjoy the sauce and the toppings without being disappointed by that. 5 of us ate for about 10 bucks each.

The pizza was really good hot crisp with lots of toppings. I ordered the 7inch supreme, it was enough for my friend and I both. I also ordered a chicken salad with apple vinegar dressing. The salad was delicious the next day for lunch. The portions sizes are huge. I’ll definitely be visiting again on my next trip!

We ordered the hot chicken and it was drenched in ranch. Even after trying to scrape it off it was still covered. Also ordered an olive and mushroom pizza that had so many toppings you couldn’t even see the cheese. We are from out of town but we regularly order the Donato’s close to where we live and this location was a total let down.

My family and I ate here while on vacation. We came in and ordered. The food was fantastic! The team here did a great job and the service was fast. The only issue we had was that the drink machine was out of CO2. The manager asked us if we wanted can drinks, we said just give us a refund for the drinks only and we will drink water. The manager gave us a refund for the drinks, no questions asked. We will most certainly be back.

Stayed at the Super8 motel & they gave us a flyer for this pizza shop. Placed our order & the website stated 30-35 minutes for delivery. An hour later & no food so we called them. We were told it is their store policy to have Door Dash deliver the food if their driver gets behind. Was told the Door Dash driver was waiting at their store & our food would eventually be delivered. Ridiculous!!! If I had known this, we would have NEVER ordered from here.

I ordered the founder’s favorite and traditional wings. I gave 4 stars only because the size of the wings was smaller than the normal chicken wing. Maybe they use Cornish hen wings . I always enjoy their pizza and, of course, a hugh shot out to outstanding customer service!

I got an email from Donatos offering a 20% discount if I ordered online. I ordered, entered the code to get the discount, and paid for the pizza. When I got there to pick it up, they didn’t show that it was paid for, so I had to pay again . Since it was just about closing time, they said they will call IT in the morning to figure it out ♂️. I hope they take care of it without giving me the run around.

I’m happy with the Donatos Pizza in Mason. They’re friendly when I’m there and other customers seem pleased as well. They do a good job with getting the ingredients in the Edge to Edge areas, like it’s supposed to be.
