I came in on Friday to pick up my order I placed online. The pizza was ready shortly after I arrived but they hadn’t seen the cheese bread on the ticket so they had to start it after the pizza was already ready. The pizza didn’t look like I expected, it was supposed to be bacon, pineapple and hot honey drizzle but there were hardly any toppings and by the time I got it out to my car, after waiting for my cheese bread it was cold. While I was in the store waiting, the employees were having inappropriate conversations that everyone in the store (myself and several other customers waiting on orders) could clearly hear. An associate in the back kept saying how everyone could hear her and she kept saying she didn’t care. She also was on her phone texting and couldn’t even look up or get off her phone while she was cashing me out for my pizza. To make all of this worse, I contacted customer service from the parking lot. I wrote a long comment explaining all of this and called the 1-800 number trying to speak to someone because needless to say I was extremely uncomfortable in that store and didn’t want to talk to anyone at store level, anyway, it’s now after close of business on Monday and I have not been contacted. Absolutely nothing went right in this visit and customer service appears to be non-existent. I don’t order from Donato’s often, I actually came here for the hot honey and I won’t be back, ever…. The picture is of the pizza that I didn’t eat because it didn’t have any toppings, it should have had pineapple and bacon, the entire thing was cold and like I said, it was supposed to have hot Honey drizzle and I didn’t taste any really…

The pizza was average in taste. I certainly have much better pizza elsewhere. I did like the thin crust nature of Donatos, but my toppings were cold and luke warm. I honestly would rather eat Pizza Hut.

Just picked up our order. The cheesy bread is uncooked…it’s dough. Tried to call the store and talk to a manager. Got no response. Would like to have it corrected some how. The last time we ordered there it took 3 hours. Was supposed to get a free pizza next time. The manager tried to make it right. I was going to claim that pizza this go around but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Nevermind. Can I get a response please?

The person who takes the orders over the phone could not get something right when I tried ordering multiple times. I love donates but the hurdle it took to get her to put the right card info down was too large. Whatever the reasons were, it was too difficult and too lengthy to order with this person over the phone.

Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. The staff cussed the cashier out for allowing orders 15 min before closing. Continued to tell the cashier to throw any future ticket away because the “black driver, dajuan” as they put it wouldn’t be able to handle the workload. Staff continued to ask about door dash orders and told the cashier that the time limit was up and any future order should be told to “suck their dick” Absolutely disgusting service and the pizza was just as bad. Go elsewhere. This place shouldn’t even be open. Wish I could give 0 stars.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I order my pizza on that app at 5:49 pm and was given the pick up time of 6:35 pm. Get here and was told it would be 45 more minutes. At this point I’m annoyed but really wanted Donatos so I decide to wait. Run across the street to speedway to grab a couple things while waiting. Get back at 7:00 pm and was told they didn’t know where my pizza was and it probably got sent out as delivery. HOW in the world does a pizza go missing?? Absolutely the most ridiculous thing ever. Will not be back and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Do not order from donatos in Middletown. Very unprofessional and everybody seems like they have no idea what they are doing any time we have came to pick our order up and food is usually cold when we get it and very unfriendly and unapproachable and seems like most of the people there are high on something. They kept hanging up on us and was very rude and kept trying to tell my fiance to show back up there to fight him I’ve worked pizza and I get it but you just don’t do that sorry not sorry. Will never buy middletowns donatos pizza again.

After waiting for the brunette to get done talking to the people in the back. She turned around very rude, asked for the name, then turned back around to talk to the guys in the back again. One guy came to the window and said someone already picked up my order. She argued with him for a min about half my order was in the window and then argued with someone else about what was on the order. No one told me what was going on. So, after a few minutes. I assumed my order was not ready and went and waited in the car. Went back in after 15 minutes. Only to find out they had just put the order in the oven after me being there for more than 20 minutes. While I was in the store waiting the woman in the back kept cussing and arguing with everyone in the back very loudly. Everyone I could see in the back was standing around talking and no one seemed like they knew or cared what was going on. It a shame. This store was great 2 months ago. Now it seems like they need to rehire the whole staff. Very unprofessiona
