5/5/23…My son had been wanting Donatos for a while so I decided to get him a personal pizza to enjoy. He loved the pizza so much that he ate it in the car, on the way home. Lol. My only issue was that I’d placed a timed order, with a reasonable amount of time to have it done on time & we still had to wait to pick it up.

Ordered large got small pizza. Worker didn’t even try to address discrepancy. Figured out their online ordering is massively flawed. After my bad experience, went to order online….ordered 3 different sizes got same pricing. At checkout it doesn’t confirm what size pizza you order. I won’t be back, ashame because I like there pizza.

This store, is possibly the worst Donato’s store in the tri-state area. The customer service is non-existant. The quality of the food is sub-par. Sad all around. I was a walk up Donato’s customer for years, but after the recent experiences in northern KY and Cincinnati, I will never spend another dime in a Donato’s.

This is the worst pizza place I’ve ever been to management is poor at best and they continues to repeat same mistakes one orders this is a pizza that was ordered to have double pineapple only I went right back in after they first forgot to give me the breadsticks I ordered and noticed they made the pizza incorrectly so I clearly showed them my receipt and explained again to them how I wanted it and this is what I got . Was recommended donatos pizza by a friend, and it didn’t disappoint , donatos has great cheese, great crust, great meats, and an awesome flavor to every bite.Reminds me of sir pizza. I highly recommend getting donatos, but if here for one night try something local.
