You can’t beat the pepperoni pizza here! Yum! Even my mom likes Donatios pepperoni pizza the best and she just moved to Cincy recently. I got a free meal this time because this location has a rewards card they mark off each time I order a combo meal. You just have to remember to give them the card each time.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and spent 24 dollars for it. It not only was missing a topping it arrived nearly 2hrs later and was as cold as mud. I called to complain and someone said,” sorry about that”and hung up on me! I’ve never had any food service establishment conduct themselves in that manner. I will never return!

Figured after giving donatos a chance last week and it went ok I’d try again. Literally can’t get the same meal as I got four days ago. Manager sends trainee to the register and listens as he gives bad info but doesn’t correct him until I was walking out. I kept going. Don’t mess with at lunch. I literally do not have the time. How did they get 3 stars!!? I go zero for the restaurant and 4 for the pie. This is the worst run restaurant on Earth. I called in an order and was told 15 min. I show up in 20. 6 people in front of me picking up. One had half his order and was told they weren’t sure when the rest would be done. Another guy – they had given his order to somebody else. Me – they say … I don’t know when it will be done. We’re really busy. I mention the 15 min and was told whoever promised that should not have. I’m thinking there’s no manager here. Was too bad. I’m from nyc and have always loved donatos. Doubt I’d go back

My favorite wings. Pricey but worth every bite. Chipotle dry rub. Service was courteous and friendly. They let me mix and match the flavors. I ate all the garlic rub ones before I knew it. Repeat, repeat, repeat customer. Thumbs high .

Really bizarre experience and left feeling like I was crazy for expecting the correct food, or a refund of my order. There seemed to have been a glitch where my online order got messed up (or it was my error, which is fully possible). When I asked for it to be corrected, it was immediately “I know that’s what you think you ordered, but…” and some borderline hostility from the manager. I understand food service is stressful, I’ve worked in food service in the past, but kindness and customer service go a long way. I did, allegedly, get a partial refund, but we’ll see if that occurs. Won’t go back to this location, but hope the manager gets some additional customer service training.
