wont answer phone here then ask to order online but website will not let you order half pep and half cheese grays out the add to cart button. forces you yo add a 2nd topping. 20 minutes on hold. Will never attempt to order again. just close the store down if you cant answer your phone. How can you even report an issue with your food. lol

We ordered two subs and cinnamon bread tonight for pick-up. Order was not ready when my husband arrived but he said the place was disgusting. Bad language, dirty, etc. When he brought the subs home and opened his (see photo of steak hoagie sub) it was a mess – he could only eat half of it – there was so much sauce on it it was disgusting to eat. Look at the photo on our order page then look at how his looked. He told me to throw the other half away which I did. Mine was the ham and cheese sub and it was OK – little messy but edible. Then we opened the cinnamon bread dessert and the photo attached shows what it looked like. My husband said he would NEVER go back there again!

This place has the most amazing service! Every time I’ve ever been in this establishment, the employees are always super nice and very professional. The food quality is always up to its exact standard. If you ever have a craving for Donatos pizza, this is definitely the store to go to!

I went here over the weekend. I placed in order inside which I stood there for about 10 minutes before someone even greeted me. When she finally came to the counter she was rude and had a nasty attitude. I only continued to order due to my kids wanting the pizza. So I tried again this time I called in it on Monday around 2pm. A lady answered she was extremely rude she was a older lady. So I said” your being very rude can I place my order with someone else?” She hung up on me. I just moved to this area and this is the worst donatos ever and I only visited twice. Based off the reviews it seems as if they only hire rude ppl.

Placed an online order. The information said order will be ready for pickup at 621pm. My mother and I go to do the pickup and we’re told the order was overlooked and not made yet. Had already paid for the $30.00+ order before anyone informed us that the order wasn’t made yet. Waited another 40 minutes for the order to be made (this was on a Thursday night). Spoke to the “GM” and told there would be a $35.00 credit for a future order & they cant give a gift card. Just call or place an order in store…Well we called today and the man taking the order yelled at my elderly mother said its a 10.00 credit and just take it or leave it. She decided to place the order. Even after the terrible customer service. The pizza was burnt and the staff was rude when picking up the order. Highly recommend NOT going there. Very disappointed because the pizza is generally a good choice over other pizza restaurants.

Everytime I have ordered I receive it super fast. The delivery guys have always been at the least cordial, some nicer than others. No issue. The pizza is awesome, thin crust and quality ingredients. Only reason for 4 stars instead is 5 is they frequently forget the red pepper packets and parmesan cheese packets that I order with it. Anyway, their food is miles above gross Papa John’s, Pizza Hut and Domino’s.

We love Donatos and got it all the time at our old house. When we moved to this delivery area the quality dropped off dramatically. The Donatos flavor is still there but something has been messed up every single time we have ordered. Forgetting 1/2 the toppings, completely wrong at times or forget all the sauces. This last time we tried to call back to let them know and after literally 15 minutes on hold, they hung up on us. Completely unacceptable and very poorly managed. So disappointing because we love Donatos.
