Twice now I’ve had issues with this location, the first time I’d ordered the Mike’s Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza, the description online says, “a little spicy”, my pizza was covered in red pepper flakes to the point of being inedible. I called and talked to a manager, he said he’d replace my order but wouldn’t be available later that day and he would let the next manager on duty know. When I arrived to return the remainder of my extremely spicy pizza the man at the window gave my fiance, driving the car, a hard time, and refused to replace my order so he said we’d call corporate and we left. After talking with corporate and them talking with the store I was informed that a credit would be under my phone number, awesome! Issue resolved, only when I used my credit today the pizza I received was cold. The lady at the drive thru window was unfriendly and I could tell when I grabbed the pizza it wasn’t hot enough and was reaffirmed when I’d began eating the pizza. When I contacted the store I was told that, “if I returned 100% of the pizza I could have my order remade.” I find that absurd and my fiance in the backround expressed the same thing, the man on the phone proceeded to tell me he didn’t like the talking in the background and began arguing aggressively with my fiance in the background. Not only has the quality of the food I’ve received been poor but so is the customer service. I will not be returning to this location again.

I have gotten delivery from here several times. I live close by so it always shows up pretty quick. The food has always tasted good, however the service is not very good. More times than not my pizza is all laying in one side of the box like it has been carried sideways. Tonight I ordered a founders favorite and what showed up was a plain pepperoni pizze. Again all to one side. And I always tip. So I paid way more to start and then tipped in advance for the wrong(cheaper) pizza all shoved to one side despite only having to travel about 2 minutes away. Poor customer service act like I wanted something free didn’t think restaurants was suppose to take food back due to food safety issues know not to eat here again oh this is want I get for a medium a smmedium only tried one piece doughy cold not made right at all top it off have to wait another 30 minutes for a remake smdh

I ordered pizza on line. When I got there they said it was not ready so I set in the parking lot. My pizza post to be ready at 4:45pm I set in the parking lot until 5:20pm and no one came out with my food. So I went inside and they said they forgot to make my order. The manager said he was going to give me a refund. And put my money back on my credit and they didn’t put my money back on my credit.

I order it through grub hub. I wanted it at a certain time which they did get it to me at time asked. When I got it, it was Luke warm at best. It tasted like it was not cooked well enough because it tasted raw dough. I am very disappointed. Dominos or Pizza hut make better pizzas and they are bottom of the barrel.

I placed my order on line to pick up at the drive up window. I was supposed to be there at 5:49pm. I arrived at 5:45pm was told my order isn’t up (no prob) I was asked to park for a few mins. Well I park and 40 mins later I still did not have my 1 lg pizza. So I went in and stood in line for another 10 mins. And the young lady at the window walked past me and I said is that for Allen by chance she says yes. I said that’s me. She handed me the pizza and I walked out. Not 1 time was a I’m sorry for the delay or thank you for your wait. Sorry took so long. Or maybe a reason why it took an hr for 1 pizza. I like this.location and usually it is better about letting you know what’s going on. I know they were busy today but I still deserved a reason why it took an hour fory pizza when I was told to be there 5 :49pm and it took an hour past that for my pizza ..
