We really liked being taken care of at the table. We have never experienced this at a Donatos. Wished more Donatos did this. The restaurant was very clean and the pizza was delicious. Our server was great. Will be back the next time we are in town.

What you are supposed to do to have a good experience- call ahead an order, pizza and breadsticks only. Pick up. Dont make them go outside their lane with other items. Probably $20 for 2 people, so a little more expensive but the pizza is fresh. Dont go ordering some fancy stuff, youre setting them up for failure

I had an 7inch veggie pizza with mild wings. Absolutely delicious. Fresh and hot. Great taste. Definitely will be back. I haven’t had in years but it was a great experience with friendly staff. Enjoy the nice tip Donatos Mooresville Indiana!!! I would’ve taken a picture if I hadn’t ate it so fast!!!

UPDATE: downgraded rating from 2 to 1 stars because instead of the meatballs having sauce and cheese-they were literally just dry meatballs thrown in a box. Pictures below of what they are advertised to look like on the menu and what we got.

Do yourself a favor, go to Plainfield instead. We’ve ate at Donatos Mooresville monthly for decades (or ever since they opened). The last 1-2 years it has gone downhill drastically. We had to start ordering extra cheese because they only fill the cheese cups half full, and now the cheese has even started being runny, the consistency of milk. I know they’re watering it down and filling the cups half full. The wait times are always double what they say it’s going to be and the staff is beyond rude for no reason at all. The last couple months we haven’t been going because the prices are so high now for terrible food and service. We’ve been craving Donatos since we wont give our business to Mooresville anymore and happen led to be in Plainfield tonight so we ordered our regular favorites and we’re so glad we gave Plainfield a chance! Food was ready quick, excellent staff and it tasted just like Donatos used too! We will be driving 10 extra minutes to go to Plainfield from now on! There was only one lady working and she was working harder than 5 people do at the Mooresville location.

I love their ham and cheese sub. But it sure makes a difference on who makes it. Tonight I got one and it wasnt the best. Nothing was barely on it. Couple pieces of lettuce no onions etc. Bif this was my first one I would never get another one. Oh and wheres the meat?

Kid-friendly is a box below for rating. Today, we witnessed a young boy approximately 10 years old, getting popped in the back of his head because he questioned staff’s appearance to his father. The young server was a male with very long painted finger nails, a nose ring, and holes in his ears larger than fingers. Yes, appearance has to do with integrity and quality of restaurants. So disappointed. This is sad when a family can’t enjoy a meal without having a normal atmosphere.
