The best part of the order was the bottled Coke. Pizza was under cooked, ingredients tasted stale. Order was cold by the time is was delivered. I would have canceled if I had noticed that is was coming from Red Robin before it was on it’s way. Domino’s would have been a better choice for a third of the price. Bad quality food.

Actually it was a red Robin i guess that serves donates pizza. I had a red Robin burger Nd a beer. The burger was great. Very tasty, great toppings, and cooked to order. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Server Shanti was professional and fun. It was my 1st time ever at a red Robin. I will return.

I would of liked to rate it higher but unfortunately was never able to order. The local Red Robin has been promoting Donatos pizza for some time now. Today I thought I’d try it. I reviewed the website and decided on a Classic Trio which consist of sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms, pretty basic and a side of meatballs. Once you go to order on line it takes your choices down to about 6 items to order from, so I call in and the lady tells me they only offer a few things from the menu and the pizza and meatballs I want are NOT available but I could get a kids meal with meatballs in it! I then ask if the pizzas are frozen and then heated up as I still can not understand why the simplest of pizzas could not be made. The girl on the phone was unsure if they made the pizza there or if it was frozen. That was the end of my call and any business Donatos will get from me. If you don’t serve it, don’t market it!

Finally, Donatos Pizza has come to Colorado! This was a surprise date night trip all the way from Denver. Weird that it’s in a Red Robin. Pretty good version of the pizza back in ohio, though I think they’ve adjusted the dough recipe a bit (maybe for altitude). Still loved finally being able to get it here, even though an hour+ drive is a long way just for pizza. But totally worth it!

I grew up in Ohio and Donato’s was THE pizza to get. This pizza is still awesome! Don’t be fooled by the Red Robin sign they serve both. Our pizza was so good!

I called in a to go order at 6:43 pm I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant within the time frame my order was wrong. When asked if they could remake it, the person helping never sent my order back to the kitchen and we didnt get our meals until after 8 PM.

Wow! I thought this was going to be bad without black olives but it was DELICIOUS! I ordered The Works for delivery! It was even a few minutes early. Worth the money for sure.
