First off I know I shouldn’t expect much from the airport in terms of food, but I was still hoping for something that would have some kind of flavor. This food was bland and had no taste. Chicken tasted frozen and the sauce was ok. I think the best part of the meal was the bread, that says a lot right there. Staff was slow and honestly this place was forgettable

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The cashier was rude, didn’t want to do her job, and wouldn’t help anyone. We and the customers behind us all left because her attitude was so bad. I took a picture of her and she refused to give me my money back unless I deleted her picture, which I did not

I do not recommend this place. The food is incredibly pricey and does not match the quality that you get. Self service as well. I got the beef teriyaki bowl and at first it seemed decent but the more I ate the more I disliked it. I was raised to never waste food but this is one exception where I couldn’t finish my plate because it was so inedible. The only redeeming quality was the one bite of undrenched rice. Everything else was slathered in sub par teriyaki sauce. My wife got the teriyaki chicken and it was also pretty gross. Luckily I have 3 hours before my flight departs so I can find a decent snack here and hopefully not throw up the meal I just consumed.

first a waitress said that she was already leaving and that she needed us to pay, very rude in the way of speaking, after paying we wanted to order more things, but she refused to wait for me because according to her she was alone in the front and that I would have to go to the back to order. terrible attendance.

Service is terribly slow here. I ordered the steak ramen and all the noodles were stuck together into a dense ball. I spent about 5 minutes trying to pull them apart. I probably should just have sent them back, but after seeing the reviews now I would have avoided the place to begin with.

Was here today. Had to wait to get my order taken because they were too busy talking until someone in the kitchen told them to take my order. Got told breakfast was over at 10:45. I ordered a burger along other things and it was burnt. Had to request it to be remade and the manager was very careless about it.

Very limited and pricey selection if you’re looking for breakfast. This seems to be the same for the entire airport. Service was slower than it should’ve been with cooks in the back just looking around, seemingly waiting for something but not sure. The lady at the counter that shouts who’s order is ready wasn’t pleasant or unpleasant.
