I’ve eaten at probably 20 different Pho restaurants in the Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park area and hands down, this is my new favorite Pho spot. I live in Elgin and am gladly going to make the 45 min drive to get here. Menu had great options, Pho was incredible, even as leftovers, service was fantastic. Can’t believe I haven’t heard of this place sooner. Also, for those who rated this spot with a 1 star… first off..how dare you

I had the pho dong nai. It was great; the broth is flavorful, meat is good, bread was tasty, and egg nicely cooked. Service was quick and nice. They offer decent classic Chinese American dishes as lunch and dinner specials with come with an egg roll and soup.

We randomly stopped in on the way west and it turned out to be one of the best Pho broths I’ve ever had. I say this as an owner of 2 Pho restaurants. The owner Jennifer was so nice and showed us such warm hospitality. She explained her insane 3 day broth process to me and the results are an incredibly rich and golden broth that’s so delicious. She makes her own hot sauce and sent me with a bottle after begging, it’s so good!

The Saigon short ribs were nice and juicy, cooked to perfection. Tasted like a piece of heaven. The pork belly bao gave me that fleeting sensation of culinary bliss. Although the menu maybe simple, this place excels in the purity of the ingredients. Love this place.

This place has been around for a long time but tonight was the first time I ate there. It was surprisingly good. The food is better than other restaurants in Austin. I’m glad I gave it a try.

Default Viet in Austin. All the standard favorites with a few twists — “Ocean” pho with lobster tail, etc. Friendly owners/staff; loyal, local following.

A very special place. Every dish we ordered–the pho, short ribs, wings and spring rolls–hit the spot! I grew up going to Dong Nai with my family and it always had a delicious, home-cooked feel. They remodeled and changed their menu a bit–I loved it then and still love it now! It’s an old school Austin family business with elevated flavors and a modern ambience. We can’t wait to go back and try something else on the menu!!
