Delicious food! We ordered, Mashed Eggplant, Green Pepper and Century Eggs, Yeung Chow Fried Rice and Stir-Fried Tofu with Leek. If spiciness is a challenge you can tell them to adjust the level. It is located at Redmond town Center so plenty of parking space.

Food was not too bad. We had the crab fried rice, shrimp tofu, and beef stew with potatoes. Service was good. If you’re up for some good and quick Chinese food, this can be your go-to.

One of the best Chinese restaurant in east side, service is super fast and chief have amazing wok skill! The location is not typical strip mall, it’s located in Redmond town center mall, which is great to spend entire afternoon and then get nice dinner.

The restaurant is hidden around the corner up in the Redmond center. Not easy to find for a first time customer. Nice decoration. Service was good but felt rushed during ordering. The sauerkraut fish, braised pig feet and pork intestine stew were excellent. Quite tasty. You can ask the restaurant to hold the dried peppers.

Ordered the chef’s special beef brisket. It had many weird rubbery cuts of beef and the sauce was just oil.

Tried the spicy pig feet. I ordered it by Uber eat. And the picture shown is very different from the actual item. I thought it will be sliced meat but it’s actually with bones. And there’s still some hair on the skins. Bad quality.

Went in since they are open for dine-in. They limited the capacity but oddly not spacing the tables. We ordered the signature Eggplant Pepper with Century egg and Stewed Meat with Fried Eggs as recommended by our server. All dishes came out in these to-go containers. The Eggplant dish was worth the hype but the Stewed Meat with Fried Eggs was a disappointment. The stewed meat looked like scape meat so the whole dish looked like a kitchen sink stir fry.

The best part I like is they never overcook, the sauce could keep its fresh scent and meet/fish keep most of their original texture as well. Highly recommend their cumin rib and fish (w. noodle of course).
