Donna’s is dying slowly day by day! I call the restaurant (Dead Donna). I believe that ownership is uncaring of their customers and that behavior triple down to their employees. Most employees are so nasty. Donna’s is slow! Go to Dutch Pot, the prices are a little higher but the service is better!

If I knew that the $12 fried chicken plate I just ordered was cooked THIS MORNING (it’s currently 4:15pm), I would’ve gone across the street to Mi Yard.. The chicken is ICE COLD and soggy— when I informed the cashier, she explained that the food is prepared at opening and remains under the warmer throughout the day.. That’s unacceptable for any food (it’s the same for their jerk chicken etc); but definitely ridiculous for a dish that’s supposed to be crispy/crunchy.. You should be ashamed of yourselves, what a terrible representation of Jamaican food

This was my first and last time going to this restaurant. After eating their BBQ jerk chicken and a slice of their black cake I became severely ill : suffering from diarrhea, and vomiting throughout the night. I regret eating at this place.
