I absolutely love their fried chicken!! I just wish that their customer service was just as exceptional. I always get the fried chicken there and I got the snapper the other day for my mom got it all the way home set it up for her and before I could sit down to my plate she said “This fish Is completely dried out!” Now you know how it goes with our mothers! I threw my plate in the microwave and drove ALL the way back up there. I just wanted to trade it for something else. I didn’t want a refund. I asked for an oxtail meal and was told that I had to pay the difference!! The nerve! Considering the gas burnt to come back there, the fact that my food is gonna be freezing by the time I get back to it, the fact that my mom is sitting there hungry, etc….. why wouldn’t they just exchange it for whatever to show customer appreciation?? What a turn-off! I mean, I still go get fried chicken, though!! I go there often just wish the service was better.
