2023- Tonight was our first visit since the new ownership, and it was absolutely fantastic. everything tasted amazing and fresh. We both had the cod fish dinner. I ordered the french onion soup, and he had the clam chowder. Both were very good. The fixings that they brought out before dinner (potato salad, cole slaw, baked beans, and bread) were also fresh and tasty. Our waitress, Maddy, was the best and gave very good service. The atmosphere made for a nice romantic date night. We will be back!

A short wait at the bar sipping on an excellent, brandy, old-fashioned sweet. We ordered at the table executed perfectly by our wonderful waitress, Judie! Way too much food, but all in all worth the 40-minute drive! P.S. I highly recommend the margarita wine

Donny’s Girl in Pipersville (GPS will say Watertown) has a simple, quiet atmosphere. Old Fashions were ok (not bad, but we’ve had better). The relish tray was good. Appetizers were amazing (we had stuffed mushrooms, cheese curds, and popcorn shrimp). Onto the main food.. the filets were phenomenal. Perfectly cooked. The baked walleye is well worth it and highly recommended. The salmon was really salty and so was the rice. Was a little disappointed with that. We had two soup options: french onion (too salty) and lasagna (tasted like a soupy spaghetti- which was awesome). I’ll definitely come back for the steak, but the seafood is hit or miss. ♀️

Staff was friendly. Seated fairly soon after arriving. Salad bar was a little limited. Several items were empty, they did refill after trip. My steak was not very well seasoned.
