What a find! Little hole-in-the-wall joint that caters to all your breakfast and lunch desires! Ordered the #4 over easy eggs, and let me tell you, while most restaurants usually over do them or completely undercook them, these guys got down and I got the perfect run from my yolk. Bacon was crisp to perfection, hash browns had a char but golden brown crisp! The sausage gravy was to die for, perfectly seasoned and not soggy. Overall, the place is great for the family or just a little breakfast date! Worth every penny, and don’t forget that these guys get down, and the service is also amazing! Worth every penny, hope everyone else has the experience I got!

The atmosphere of the inside is nothing particularly special, but the atmosphere of outdoor seating is excellent, great coast neighborhood vibes and it’s dog friendly. The outdoor tables structural integrity starts to border questionable as they feel a little flimsy. Tables could be set a little better given that salt/pepper/hotsauce must be requested, their jelly selection that is readily available is awesome, and well organized. The whole party enjoyed the food and desert. I had the eggs Benedict which I thought was pretty good, and they have a decent amount of variations of Benedicts. Their bacon is of good thickness, not shaved or too thin. Their mushrooms are are cooked to the right degree as to not be burnt at all but still cooked well, and they don’t skimp you on anything quantity wise like anything with avocado is a full half avocado. Only complaint regarding food is that their hash browns should be a bit more crispy. All thing considered would return.

Man this place is awesome!!!!! The food is so perfect and tasteful it had me wanting more so I did and order some more to go. They have the worlds best bannanna nut pancakes!!!! Thats what I got another order of to go, that’s how good they were. The staff is very nice and helpful they are on top of it. This place for breakfast or brunch is my top favorite places to go eat. Nice little mom and pop type of feel. In beautiful down town Carlsbad. Just a walk away to the beach.

Great place, family-run. So I really cool interaction with a customer who was also one of the kids working here’s neighbor. Apparently they’d never really spoke and recognized each other at the restaurant. Next time I am in the area I will definitely be back.

Probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The staff is the most courteous I’ve had. Raspberry stuffed french toast is top tier. Coffee is so good and everything from the bacon to chicken fried steak is superb. A definite must.
