During our initial visit to Don’s Pizza, coinciding with our trip to the Darke County Fair, we encountered some notable aspects. We arrived at the restaurant and were informed that the dining room would be closing in an hour. Additionally, we were advised against ordering pasta due to a 30-minute preparation time. While placing our order, we overheard a staff member exclaiming, “I’m done! Cut it off!”, which did not contribute positively to our sense of welcome. Despite this, we opted to stay as our children were already seated.

The food was delicious. I hadn’t had The Don’s Pizza in a while, but it was great. Unfortunately, like most restaurants they were operating understaffed. That being said, our food was out fairly quickly.

Absolutely loved this place!! My darling son took me and my nephew and his wife and 5 kids out for dinner. We were loud and rowdy. But it was dead and just us. Thank God lol. The food was spectacular and reasonably priced. Great experience. Will be returning!!

Only reason for 2 stars is there customer service it very bad. We walk in to this place for the first time ever, and no one said one word for about 5 mins after we were there. There was a waitress sitting at one of the tables counting something, but she never even looked up at us until a nice lady from the kithen area came out to help us. We were going to dine in but after th, t we decided to take it to go. On the other hand, the pizza was very go, d but we ordered extra cheese on the pizza that i ordered and paid extra for. Overall, i would go back, but take out only the dinning room staff are a joke.

They seriously need to update their online menu. They no longer have a 12 inch pizza, which is a shame. Update the prices and correct all the typos…. And they.also need to serve real buffalo wings with Bleu cheese and veg …..and they don’t offer delivery like it says online. UPDATE YOUR MENU AND DELIVERY DAYS!!!! I will never order from them again!! Their pizza is not as good as Marcos…….

Some of the best pizzas we’ve had! Huge issue though…we couldn’t view their menu online for the life of us. However, they were nice enough to hand me printed menus once i got there. Also, not enough staff for dine in service, so get it to go or have it delivered if you live within 3 miles.

We ordered 2 pizzas and some pretzel bites. It took forever and it wasn’t very good. It tasted like pizza we used to get in school, but not as good. Kind of overpriced for the quality.
