Was flying out of New Orleans in the evening after a funeral. It wasn’t even 8:30 and woman at the counter said she couldn’t sell us anything. We asked for a cookie off the counter and she said no, even though the posted hours are until midnight. I have no idea if it’s good or not but since I can’t access the food, this is a one star from me.

Our visit was 21 April 2023 for breakfast around 0600 at the end of a business trip on our way home. Normally I don’t eat at restaurants in airports, especially to catch breakfast but my co-worker wanted to eat. So checking with three locations, this turned out to have the nice staff that cared and answered our question. So we ate in, which was a nice place, clean, professional, pleasant, helpful staff, plus the food was good. We both had biscuits with egg, cheese, but I had bacon & co-worker sausage. Biscuit darn near melts in your mouth and potatoes were server hots. OJ was fresh and not watered down. Price was good, we both received our military discount. We were delighted with food and service and it made for a nice trip home. If back in this location, I would stop back through for breakfast.

I ordered the Nola burger, it was damp and tasted like a plant burger. The lady who took our order was very coarse. Then she talked to her friend who showed up when we were trying to tell her what to order. I don’t recommend that place. We spent $ 40 and had to throw it away.

My friends and I were all satisfied with our meals, and our server Santiago was warm and friendly. I ordered the classic burger, one friend the mushroom burger, and another the fish sandwich. I loved the generous pickle serving. We all also enjoyed the piping hot french fries. The only thing I would have liked to be different is for the bun to have been warmed up/toasted. But other than that, perfectly decent for an airport meal!

Ordered the Butterfly Shrimp Basket and they are out of spicy crystal mayo; that’s not good!! I can’t think of anything worse than dry shrimp. I hope next time they inform the guest so I could pick another food item.

Never order from here. The people are so rude, unprofessional, unfriendly, unkind, etc. This is why supporting black businesses is tough. These are NOT the kind of people you hire to carry on a prestigious legacy. Never again! We stood in line for 10 mins and were never acknowledged. A lady came out from the back got something from the counter and walked to the back. There were at least 10+ people in line. No respect!

Most astonishingly rude behavior I have ever experienced while dining! I sat at one of the empty bar seats (It was 730am and they were all empty) for the MoPho next to the Dook’s order counter while waiting for my food to be ready. Initially there was no problem.
