The Pizza is just bad. The sauce is way too sweet. The quality and quantity of cheese are subpar. The dough tends to be very soft, wimpy, and occasionally raw. Just very low quality.

Usually my Go To for pizza in rexburg. Very disappointed today. Ordered at 8:30. Called at 9:30 to find out if food was coming or not. It showed up half an hour later. Food was cold and the they gave us a medium pepperoni instead of a large. I paid for a large. When I called them and told them the situation, they said “we ran out of dough”… not so much as an apology. Very dissapointed.

I used to love Doorzza, but waiting an hour to get a pizza with half cheesy bread, and the cheesy bread portion is only like 25% cheese is ridiculous.

I used to love this place however the past few times I have ordered a pizza, the food has been extremely inconsistent, the things that have stuck out are getting me the wrong dessert in my just for one combo, flat out missing marinara sauce I ordered, being 45 minutes late with deliveries and the pizza being cold by the time it arrives to my door. This place used to be my go to restaurant however the quality has definitely declined and it shows.

Good quality for a great price. Their online ordering is more than a hassle. When we called, we were instructed to call fresco and then they would reroute the order. It may be cheaper than a lot of the competition around here, but you do pay for that with your time.

I heard this establishment was a good place to have pizza. I am not from town and was going to place a large order to celebrate my birthday with my family. I actually just arrived. I tried to GPS was way off. I called. I was informed to order on the website then come and pickup pizza. Well website was not allowing me to order. So when I actually arrived where they are located I went into to see if I could order. Informed them the website was not working. And asked if I could just order and wait. Asked for a menu to see what they had to offer and was informed I had to look on the website to see the menu. Basically, the experience was very very disappointing.

I am not the type to leave reviews, but we just waited 40 minutes for our pizza only to have to end up leaving to meet some friends and when we walked out the door, the pizzas were on the door step. I wish I could make this up lol. We didn’t get a knock or anything and we were both waiting in the living room for the pizzas to come. We have no idea how long the pizzas were sitting there but judging by how cold they are it was a while.

Really love Thier pizza! Kinda original and great! Love those brownie too and the free delivery is just perfection .. definitely leaves room to tip $$$ also I love that you can beat the wait time by just picking it up even whoever picks up sounds air headed..poor explanation of how to find them when it’s very needed because theirs no sign nor do they have an obvious spot/location otherwise it would be perfect score for me
