We order from here occasionally. Alot of times the orders are incorrect. I ordered a gyro sub. It barely has any meat and almost no lettuce and onion. This would not feed a five year old. It just amazes me how they can stay in business with constantly messing up orders and serving food like this. If I was the owner I would be ashamed.

This is the ONLY pizza place that delivers hot pizza consistently. Delivery is always fast usually 30mins and I’m not the closest customer. The drivers are always nice and friendly with an actual smile. I look forward to many more pizzas and other dishes keep up the great work!

We have been order from dorchester Pizza from a while now but after tonight i wont ever order from them again. Food was 1hour 50 mins late. Pizza cold and dried out, chili fries cold and when i called and was asked if i wanted to speak to the manager, he never said a word to me just hung up. Clearly they do not need my $74.00 orders. Now here my children and i eating cold pizza at 8pm smh

My one and only complaint is that they put romaine lettuce on their cheese steak subs. Iceberg is what you need, Romaine is not a good choice for subs.

Everything was good and cooked to perfection. One of the best meals we have had in the area!! We got plenty of food for the price we paid. Great onion rings, clam strips, steak sub, club sandwiches and fries. We ordered delivery and the order came faster than expected. The girl that took the order was very pleasant and patient and even called back to make sure she had the order straight. We will defiantly order food from Dorchester Pizza again!

i really like the pizza and the breaded wings, good for their prices – i dont know why people complain them being “expensive” when they give big portions especially the cheesesteaks. the cashier tries her best and i witnessed her getting yelled at because they didnt add enough napkins for mozzarella sticks and fries..they are a small business so it’s understandable to be nice! doesnt cost anything.

We normally order from here and I would give it at least 4 or 5 stars for the food now why the two stars not because the food is bad more towards fixing problems the correct way. I ordered online last night for delivery and it took over a hour to get the food. Then when we opened the food, things were wrong on two of the subs. Now when ordering online you can write comments on each item before you add it which I always do to make sure it is made correctly. When I called the lady was nice as I’m telling her what was wrong she was telling a guy what was wrong with the order he told her to tell me he would call me back. As I was waiting for the call back I just decided to go get the food remade the right way because we did not want to wait another hour for the food or a call back. The lady keep saying sorry and I understand that they were busy and the other girl that was working the front with her disappeared on her. I feel instead of telling me you will call me back the guy should of said we will fix it and get it to you as fast as we can since I already paid for the food. I’m not sure if the owner was there or not but I do believe if he was it would not of happened that why because in the past I have had mistakes made with our food and when I called it was fixed never was told they would call me back or if I would just go there he was understanding and apologized then would have it fixed fast then offer us a free soda or piece of cake for the inconvenience.

It’s been awhile since we ordered from Dorchester pizza but tonight everyone wanted something different. I ordered a Stromboli . When we ordered it said 35 minutes. Instead it was well over an hour. When the food finally came the Stromboli was cold. Their Stromboli use to be filled with meat and cheese. Tonight my Stromboli literally had 2 pieces of meat and one piece of cheese inside . It was literally all cold bread. At the price of the food you should get what you order . I could of made a sandwich and been filled up more. Ill go with rusticanas next time.
