Highly suggest the steak board. For 6 people we had 3 different types totalling about 70oz. All of the sides are yummy but not huge. We ordered about 6 sides as well. Every dessert is TO DIE FOR as well!

I was invited here by my employer for a dinner. It is probably the fanciest place I have ever been to. Spectacular service. Nice environment. They have a private room that was quiet. They are a steak house so they only had 1 fish item on the menu and no chicken. I unfortunately do not eat beef so I ate the fish and it was very delicious. The asparagus and mushrooms were fantastic. I can’t even remember everything I ate and everything was good. The lavender lemon cocktail was perfect. Loved it. The staff was perfection. So knowledgeable!

We had a wonderful time at Doris Metropolitan. Our steaks were so tasty (American Wagyu and bone-in strip). The tomato salad, truffle fries, root puree, and asparagus were delicious. Their bread is AWESOME. The service was extremely professional, and our dessert (brulee to go) was very pretty.

Incredible service. Actually, the best service in Houston. The food is great, really well done, but the service is what makes this place special. I worked in restaurants for 8 years, the amount of discipline it takes to perform like this team, in a busy place with this level of food quality and diversity is quite impressive. First I apologize for the poor quality of the photos, I was so amazed and distracted by the good service that I totally forgot to take pictures. Let’s start by saying friendly valet parking staff. We were able to seat right away. Server Felipe was amazing. He made suggestions that we’re not on the menu that we went for and 100% did not disappointed. Felipe offered to serve our entrees as a family style. Best decision!! We ordered the ribeye steak and the short ribs. I can’t remember the name of the appetizer but it was beef layered on a humus (sorry if I’m describing it incorrectly, just order it you won’t regret) Absolutely amazing the flavor was out of this world. We also tried the roots purée . I was more impressed to the fact that every single employee that approached our table was able to explain exactly what they were serving us. From the different kinds of bread to the salt they served on the side of the board. I don’t drink alcohol but they have a broad variety for everyone. It was absolutely amazing. I will have to say from a person that has visited quite a few steakhouse‘s here in Houston that this restaurant for sure as of today, it’s on my top two. Definitely coming and I promise to take pictures
