This was El Cazador previously. My wife and I stopped in because we knew they were quick and food is good. We were surprised to see that they had changed. They have certainly brightened up the place, although I did prefer the muted atmosphere. That reminds me, the music was, interesting… It’s a little loud but not painfully so, just unique. The food was really good, the prices were higher than before. I don’t think we’ll ever see the $5.95 taco, burrito, and beans plate ever again. The new is nice, but I kinda missed the way it was.

This is now called dos botellas and I will say it is very different feom el cazador the food was very fresh the salsa fresh thw gauc very light a d crisp they use more cilantro and the food was very good…we still love el cazador but I think this place is very good for taking the spot! A definite must try for the folks in trussvile…

My first and last experience was with my young daughter. The owners and server were not welcoming. The food was just ok. There are several Mexican restaurants that are much better in the area ie. Habaneros, Tienda Carnicera y Taquerua Fiesta and Casa Fiesta.

Dos Botellas is definitely a “must try” restaurant in the Trussville area! The number one thing a Mexican restaurant MUST have to keep you coming back is the salsa and theirs is always on point! Not to mention their margaritas are EXQUISITE!! A++ Rating in my books!!
